Plenty on here slagging off newspapers for printing stories about footballers on holiday - drinking, partying, hanging around ladies etc. 

From what I can see in this article it just reports he's a young lad having a break and having fun.

They don't seem to be giving him a particular kicking.

It's the usual football/celebrity froth the papers have been writing about for years.

It's not really my bag but loads like all that celeb stuff, hence why the papers and magazines print it.

 

I'm struggling to muster even a slither of outrage over him having a good time or for newspapers reporting it.

I think it's disgraceful! Can't believe a 23 year old is enjoying time off and has gone on holiday and had a few drinks that he can afford. How dare a single 23yr old lad pull a good looking bird while on annual leave from work. Utter shambles...not! .

 

As others have said, why are the media so quick to tarnish young English footballers reputation? I know it's all about selling papers, but it's getting ridiculous now.
