Connolly & De Vries were at the club at the same time from Jan 2005 (when MDV joined) and August 2005 (Connolly left). So while a strike-force (in the loosest terms) together, it wasn't for a while.

 

Howard and De Vries were at the club between 6 Jan 2008 (Howard joining) and 25 Jan 2008 (De Vries leaving for Dundee) but never played together.

Yeah I was fine with the Connolly one - Howard and De Vries never saw the pitch together otherwise they’d have awarded us the trophy on the spot. Imagine that powerhouse of a duo :wub:

Connolly and De Vries. Pretty sure Howard and De Vries careers were separate times with us.  Pretty entertaining front 2 if played together, Allardyce or Dyche would love that
