Haha that’s it. Clown. But gotta love him as he was part of those two special seasons

That must make Vardy the Master clown....for how many times hes put it over the bar..!!!

If we had kept him,and clubs like ourselves dont have too many good players,we would have had a solid Utility player...How that would of served us this season...

More Clown Activity on foxestalk...than within our squad for the last 8 years...

Actually agree with you to some degree. Not necessarily about keeping Schlupp, but that dependable squad players are important. That's what long term success is built on. Fergies years of success wasn't solely built on signing then likes of Rooney, Cantona, Ferdinand and Ronaldo, it was also knowing he had the likes of O'Shea, Butt, Phil Neville, Valencia and more to call on to fill in gaps and put in a decent, solid display when needed, and they were happy with their lot. We won't fill our squad with like for like back ups for all our better players, so its important we keep hold of some of the dependable fringe players for now, like Albrighton and Mendy.

Absolutely convinced he will smash it.

Me too, prove the naysayers wrong with some Paul O'Connell 'Borussia Mochengladbach' esque answers.

He was clumsy and looked awkward but he could be effective. His pace and power could cause teams problems and he seemed to win a lot of free-kicks. I could imagine that played a big part in why Allardyce signed him for Palace.

There we far more technically gifted players in the Championship but Schlupo won the lottery in that he came through our academy and won a title, and he used that as a springboard to carve out a, Premier League career. He's a Championship level talent but good on him for making a living in a league far above his abilities.
