Not necessarily.  Could be used in a swap deal - Slimani on loan to Bournemouth, King comes to Leicester.  Everyone's peachy (until Bournemouth try to cancel the loan).

It’s been reported in France he is being named in “25 man squad” but didn’t specify it was EL or PL squad... reputable guy saying it though. Obviously he isn’t in the EL squad though, as it has been released.
