Can't have watched much cricket then!

There's been some howlers of decisions in the past as opposed to timers.

Watched and played more than you'd i guess.

That’s you told lol

So what if he's played and watched more? Makes it even worse if that's the worst decision he's seen lol

Fair play to India, deserved victory.

Apart from one incredible partnership its been a poor effort by England.

You can baz ball all you want but you can't keep letting the opposition score heavily and expect to chase it down.

We only win this series if we find a way if being more of a threat with the ball.

And that is only going to happen if we get a few names return, and perhaps prepare pitches with a bit more spice in them.

Broad and Anderson? lol

It's a gamble to prepare pitches like that because India are more of a threat and our batters have been woeful against a moving ball.

Yeah, that's why England need better than fourth-choice seamers available.

Cannot deal with Stokes saying the pitch suited India when they’ve been blagging about how they’ve asked for flat decks. Great player, great captain but there’s always an excuse when it doesn’t go to plan.

That's the worst decision I've ever seen from an umpire

FWIW it is am absolutely howler because its so clear cut. It's literally a timer and when it was on zero the opportunity has gone, compared that with even when Broad nicked it to first slip after it deflected off Haddin? There's nuance there and there's zero mitigation IMO on this one.

It's the sporting equivalent of a rugby game where the timer goes to 80 minutes, a player kicks it off and the ref gives a line out.

Added to that, the constant drinks breaks and the icc direction on over rates i thought they were pretty poor tbh.

I'll forgive you though, I make that about 2 wins in about ten test matches for India so you must be incredibly excited.....😅

But the worst ever seen by an umpire?

I'm happy to agree to disagree!

Yep its right up there because the rules couldn't be clearer and its not hard to work out whether it was within them.

Me being given out caught behind away at Shepshed Messengers a few years back was way worse.

Feel like England's recent record at Lords has been awful too.

Edgbaston is worse....2 wins out the last 6.
