Apologies if this has been discussed already, but why was he being booed? People may not particularly like his music or the competition in which he gained his fame, but I didn't think he gave a bad gig as such - it wasn't like we'd bought a ticket to see his concert and he'd forgotten half the words. Surely if you aren't keen on a performance like this, the best thing to do would be to let your silence speak volumes - booing was just plain rude.

Perhaps I'm missing something about this but I thought it was a very poor advert for us as Leicester fans when we give a performer that sort of welcome.

According to Wikipedia, The Three Degrees appeared at Bailey's one Saturday night in December 1975. They came on to the pitch, at half-time that afternoon, in their          high-heeled boots and fur coats and ran towards the kop. The kop sang back "get 'em off, get 'em off, get 'em off". Oh how we laughed!

Perhaps he was unavailable, between prison sentences.

He could have sent someone in his place....

From memory it was chucking it down and they watched a 0-0 bore draw from one of the boxes over the Filbert Street end.

To be fair, were the LCFC entertainment committee really thinking it was a good idea to mix an XFactor singing Karaoke contestant with a football crowd?

I remember that bloke from homes under the hammer appearing on the pitch once or twice.

Martin Roberts?

Let's be honest, he'd have been more use than his co-presenter lol
