Stuck just below Div 1, thought I had it sussed with two CDMs but just getting sprinted through regardless how defensive I play. Absolutely hate how Meta pace has become in the latest FIFAs. Tried making a team that’s all pace but just bet battered by some guy with those mental special cards every time.

I think you'll find that as you go up the divisions you have to tweak how you defend as better players find away around things. 

 

In the higher divs you have to read the play better and cover the runs a in behind a little more. 

 

Needed 7 wins tonight as I hadn't played rivals since last week, ditch my silver team as needed to get it done quickly 7 games, 7 wins back in the Elite div. 

 

All ready to get zero in my rewards

Who did people get for their free Next Gen card? I got Hernandez. Useless for me but better than the 81 I was expecting!

Sub in a silver in form to do the silver beasts as well. I’m doing a silver first owner eredivisie side but I’ve got goalkeepers at full back because I don’t have enough outfield players.

So the new promotion coming winter wildcards looks interesting, the rumour being that there will be a fut swap style token system again letting you get some pretty juicy packs and players... one of them being our boy Patson Daka!!! (15 tokens)

Online friendlies is horrible if it’s not golden goal. Passing has been sh** tonight nothing going to anyone I am aiming for and through balls are just ridiculous 1 pass from defence straight through all the time. And defending has gone to pot as well 🙈

They’ve massively screwed up this year imo! Last year friendlies was based on skill rating so in theory you should be playing players on your level… obviously with people self relegating that wasn’t actually the case! Removing the ability to relegate themselves should’ve made friendlies perfect for everyone but no Ea being Ea also removed the skill based aspect from friendlies as well meaning div 10 players could be getting matched up with elite players 🤦🏼‍♂️
