Apologies if already been asked/posted but I'm still slightly confused as to what tests and forms are required for departure and return.

E.g.

Italian passenger locator form?

Antigen test for entry to Italy?

UK passenger locator form?

Day 2 PCR test on return to UK?

Would someone be kind enough to confirm? With some decent test option links if possible please?

Thanks in advance.

Yeah that’s what I’ve found out now. It forgots you’ve scanned it but it proves that it should work in Italy, as it looks like that’s what they use to verify

Yes it's useful reassurance anyway.

All correct apart from Day 2 PCR Test on return to UK. This can bow be an antigen. I use a company called Testing For All. Use Cerulean Health for the Italian Antigen, pretty decent on providing the certificate quickly

I am using Cerulean Health / C19 Testing for both as well, £22 a test which seemed the lowest around and quick certification as well

Not the ideal option for everyone but as I've got a Randox clinic not far away I'm tempted to pay the extra tenner for each test to have it done there as I'm convinced I'll mess it up somehow and I believe you have to provide the reference number in advance for the return test.

Thankfully as soon as you order them from the one I am using they give you the references for the return trip straight away on an email

The way this one is done: Tests posted out next day, do the test at home, upload your result online, should get certificate within 12 hours

Randox are thugs, don’t do it! Nationwide pathology in Lutterworth are the cheapest I’ve found

With the allocation they have given us it means we have not been given the really ropey away end in the lower tier.

So might actually see the game?
