Not explosively quick but quick enough with a direct style to beat defences and seems to have a good end product. I know Everton were very optimistic he'd make it there so not sure what happened. I think the clue is in the word “Everton” Ric 3
Clever Fox Posted 25 February 2022 Posted 25 February 2022 Didn't Everton let Lookman go also. Shows what they know about Wingers. Might be worth a shout for the money mentioned. He'd certainly make a decent squad player while he improves further.
FOXYTALK Posted 25 February 2022 Posted 25 February 2022 Worth a few mill for a decent squad player. Reminds me a little bit of madderz with the ball.
It'sblueupnorth Posted 25 February 2022 Posted 25 February 2022 I live near Blackpool so have seen him on a few occasions this season. Been Blackpool’s stand out player, very direct, not explosively quick but he’s quicker than Perez and albrighton. Decision making can be iffy but for a nominal fee I can see this being good business 2
KingsX Posted 26 February 2022 Posted 26 February 2022 The lad has talent, but looking at this I just don’t know. The ballerina arms of @JLingz. Plus hair that makes @ToddCantwell10 look like a paratrooper. Honestly, is that a tortoise shell glued onto his scalp? This has Fanbase Clash written all over it. At least he’d take some of the heat off @Madders10. So gerrimin. 4
Haywood_6 Posted 28 February 2022 Posted 28 February 2022 He reminds me of George Boyd with the headband and the left foot! His goal against Bournemouth was superb. Be an interesting one if it happens.

inckley fox Posted 28 February 2022 Posted 28 February 2022 I always think when I see a highlights video that I'd learn more about the player if I saw the five seconds after each clip, rather than the clip itself... I've seen this chap play, actually. He's got flashes of brilliance but has to work on his end product and become more consistent in his output. Maybe a bigger expert could correct me. Given his age / position / nationality, it's probably worth a punt if we've done all our due diligence and identified him as the right sort of character. The hairband does make me wonder about the last bit, but then again I am over forty, so I'm not really meant to understand that sort of thing.

If there were an end product to the move, they would keep it in, so the cut away will tell you just how much end product he brings.

If you see ten clips of passable offensive play with a decent ball at the end of them, that's probably preferable to a guy who dazzles you before the cut-off. 1

Kinowe Soorie Posted 7 June 2022 Posted 7 June 2022 I really like the look of this lad. Contract is up next season I believe. Think his form dipped a little towards the end of the season. But a left footed right winger, and can use his right foot.

He does have something about him, I think if we are to go with a very raw an unproven left footed right winger to push for a 1st team place then the absolute no brainer is Malcolm Ebiowi from Derby. Contract up, only 19 and looks to be very promising. 1
