With regards to military base incursions, the obvious candidate would be Russia with consideration of the current geopoliticial situation.

 

A non-state organisation, either malicious or otherwise seems unlikely, given the coordinated nature of the activity across the US and UK. Always some chance that ill-conceived civilian activity is coincidentally timed, or organised online by hobbyist groups I guess.

 

With regards to reconnaisance, it'd be interesting to know what sort of data they would be gathering. In this respect, you'd assume the desire would be to minimise the number of drones used, whilst maintaining the capacity for gathering the data points required.

 

Would also be interesting to know what sort of drone technology is available to state-actors. If I understood correctly, one of the confusing factors involved in the recently reported USS Omaha case, was the lack of identifiable lauch platform despite intensive monitoring. Also in this respect, although I have no military/intelligence background, you'd think the testing of new platforms would be somewhat restricted to your own territory unless you really needed the data. This with regards to showing your hand etc. I don't have enough knowledge to say though.

 

For what it's worth, I also took a video of the lights from the X/Reddit posts on Wednesday. From what I could tell and having assumed they were conventional drones, I'd guessed at them knocking about between Glenfield/Groby. Would be interesting to get an idea of the exact locations from the posters, to see if we were in the same general area.

I'd imagine they let them fly, in order to see if they return to the pilot. 

 

I was considering my earlier post is probably an over-complication. It's probably just people standing nearby and flying them in to cause disruption. 

 

I imagine Russia have all the satellite data they need.

 

Everything else they do here is to cause disruption. Manipulating people via the internet, manipulating people via funding of political movements/organisations. Causing disruption via bomb threats and sailing ships around internet cables. Wouldn't be surprised if we can add drone flying to the list.

Watched the one from yesterday earlier today... The stuff overhead on the radio was interesting as was the context after.

 

Just watching the latest stream from tonight after missing it being live.

 

I'd really like them to be Russian drones, but there are just some oddities to these.

 

Also, a lovely coincidence that they're all occurring around facilities that have nuclear weapons or power sources.

I am getting increasingly concerned. These drones, increasing mystery illnesses in Africa, lots of warnings of WW3. It’s probably not coincidence, it’s probably worth preparing for something going terribly wrong.

A lot of people suggesting a nuclear war head missing from Ukraine is in the US and that's why these drones are out there at night looking for radiation signals, seems plausible I guess... and unlikely they would announce this to the public to not cause panic or look like idiots for allowing it in.

Was watching Guy Martin Artic Warrior last night where he joins the marines and they are out in Norway 200 miles from Russia preparing, even on there it suggested WW3 could be close with Russia, on the show its explains it.. seems like there is a shipping route opening with the artic ice warming and who ever controls that will have a lot of power going forward apparently.

Not sure that makes much sense tbh. Nothing radioactive enough in a warhead that can't be fully shielded with nothing more than a thin covering.

Plausible theory. But why at the other locations as well? ..and the UK ones, and in Russia, China et al?

Spy drones used by those at the top in the U.S.  for  peering in bedroom windows, Prince Andrew probably has the feed too  :ph34r: though  Boris keeps getting the wrong feed I suspect, helps explain his hair.

Yes it’s coming. There’s the Black Sea, Baltic Sea and Arctic ocean where all this is happening. I’m expecting it to blow up at some point soon. The drones could be a way of trying to neutralise or practice an attack on Russia. It really is concerning that governments aren’t thinking about the consequences of such a war. It makes everything seem incredibly pointless. Like what’s the point of going to work and making plans for the future?

Drones searching for a nuke in downtown DC? Not the most obvious place to keep it I’ll hand you that.
