I used him last new for a couple of SBs. He’s ok, basically base Gullit. You notice the med/med work rates and he’s not the most agile but think he’s be a good replacement for Berghuis at RCM. Then bring in Scheeinsteiger to CDM.

 

it’s then down to play styles but I’d look to replace Gomez. Think I’d either save for the 86 Werner or get Gakpo ST and move Bergwijn to LW and bring in Savio RW.

I didnt think about moving bergwijn over. That's a good idea. I'll give gullit a go in cm. That Berghuis card is surprisingly good though. Plus the 99 long shots and shot power. 

 

Schweinsteiger hasn't got a CDM position bit I'd be willing to sub him on. But the skhidiri card will take some moving. Put him in when I had no money and got him from a reward pack and he's unbelievable. Always seems to be exactly where he's needed to be.

You could always start with a flat 443 then move one to a CDM using custom tactics.

 

Seems a shame to not use Bastian, bit expensive for a sub!

I'll work him in no doubt. Probably will be Berghuis. 

 

To be honest, the one thing I struggle with that set up and subs is holding onto games when I'm a goal ahead. It's very much a 'I'll score more than you' system. So he'll be vital no doubt.

Did Maldini last night. Finished the silver objectives and got Sol Campbell in the rare mega pack. Got Puyol, Blanc, Maldini and Campbell now, they all seem good but Maldini is a completely different level.

99 pace, I can imagine he’s quite effective.

 

Any way I finally managed to claw my way through FUT Champions qualifying after being 3-0 down in the last game which I needed to win. In a turn of fortunes I actually managed to win 10 games which I’m chuffed with tbh.

More than I’ve managed this time, it’s just Pele, Mbappe and Saudi speedster on repeat for me. I somehow manage to convince myself I’m morally superior because I have never put a penny into these games despite my mainly gold squad being thrashed every game 😅

I got all three, only a couple of Peles, but Mbappe a lot, Al Owiran at least five time’s. Only one bloke had anything resembling a shit gold team and he was amazing and beat me comfortable.

 

But as I’ve said I’ve got an untradable Al Owiran World Cup hero card myself somehow so can fight fire with fire.

 

Absolutely rinsed all my decent loan cards as well but oh well, will have fat Ronaldo for 7 games in the next few days.

I always choose the 15k gold coin and untradeable pack rewards.and made my team around what I could get doing the cheaper SBC's. You'll find quite a few inform cards only go for about 10k aswell.

 

Stick to that for a couple of weeks and you can build a pretty decent squad. I spent a couple games messing with tactics aswell. Generally the people who pump the money in I can beat playing on the counter.

any suggestions on where to upgrade and how to increase my chemistry. I need French players or maybe ligue 1, to get more out of Mbappe.

 

in game my chemistry is 31/33, the app says 29. Nakata has full 3 chemistry.

Not sure where to improve from here? 350k currently but could sell the Fodder and 91 Kane I've got and I'd be on about 700k ish. 

 

 

Wish EA would sort the glitch out in this formation though. Mascherano ends up as the RCM in game. I want him staying as CDM.

Who is your French CM? I’ve not tried Trippier WW yet, but quite tempted to do it for 2 tokens. If you are considering selling your Kane then a World Cup PTG walker could be considered?

Packed his 88 rated from the 88+ Icon pack so the duplicate theory is an actual thing and not a theory 😂

 

I love my 5122 but it's more of a 3232 with how I play. Tempted to try this though and switch to 442. 

Originally I had Cafu at RWB but wasn't sure on him. Trippier basically as the same stats and Ingames has him for 2 tokens. His crossing is amazing. Morientes field day.

Messi on the RW looks like he’s fit well with Mbappe and the Argies. Or Payet is very good and fits well with Clauss and Bailly. Or Maignan in goal and then Carvajal at RB for the Kroos chem.
