So what....why to you avoid what I really have written....is there no businessmind in any of the Leicester fans....LCFC doesn't own ANYTHING, nada, zero, zilch, NOTHING......but LOL it is like I wrote before, the eventual bankruptcy of King Group will also be blamed on FAES.....ok.... I dont care that they go bankrupt....Wout will have another CLUB.....but do you fans will still have a club????

Popular Post shen Posted 29 September 2025 Popular Post Posted 29 September 2025 @hfaes Do yourself and us a favour and just stop. You've made your point about you not liking the overcritical comments made about Wout Faes and the fact you don't appreciate Leicester City fans. You're not achieving anything by going on and on about it. 3 2

You seem to think Leicester City fans will be offended by the club going bankrupt. Historically Leicester City has nearly been bankrupted once before and the fans worked together to keep the club operating. You have criticised British football culture about vulgarness etc. but what you fail to understand is that football clubs in Britain are a community institutions. There will be a Leicester City Football Club for another hundred years regardless of the financial position of King Power because the fans will fight for it and they will be a new owner. This is not like other parts of Europe. Or Oostende where Wout Faes played 1

They are multiple clubs in England what have faced the same challenges and they are still operating now. Business people want football clubs. Hollywood stars buy small football clubs. There is only one club in recent history which has been bankrupted/liquidated and it was a very small club who are now rebuilt.

Possibly could also have been sold if he was willing to lower his wage demands. Of course once they sign the contract, all players are entitled to hold the club to that. However, if a player is that unhappy and wants to move, it is about more than the fee that a buying club will offer. He could have helped this by taking a lower wage to play somewhere he can be happier. But I suspect he isn’t unhappy enough to not want the large wage we pay him.
SafewayFox Posted 29 September 2025 Posted 29 September 2025 @hfaes We get it, you don’t like people saying anything critical about Wout as he’s your relative, that’s a normal human reaction but you then make generic and rude assumptions about a fan base. Just silently leave for everyone’s benefit.

I don't agree with that statement...I am not less or better than you LCFC fans, but I have a different thinking....but would you change at your work your good contract in a lesser one for yourself when the work environment is so hostile....I would not....I would think cash in...and certainly if I was a player at LCFC now, any player, I certainly would not, because there is a chance that I can walk for free to another club, and have than the same wage, because that club does not have TO BUY me.....I just see it as a job....economic....and I think many would do like I would in these circumstances....I don't mean this hostile....just business....don't you think it is possible that other clubs might see it my way....and wait to cash (not buying)....anyway, I just think that being supportive in a positive way has better results.... 1

This forum is, on the whole, quite critical about a lot of things, players, owners, other fans, other clubs, as is our right and in a lot of cases it is warranted. But as a fanbase IN the stadium, we are supportive and VERY accepting of mediocre performances. When the team was relegated, they were clapped off the pitch. You get a small group who boo at games, but that is the same at pretty much any club in England. So unless the players are reading this foum regularly, they are at a club which is more supportive than not. There are other clubs, espeically in Europe who would be a lot more hostile than us. 5

As I say, I am not criticising or judging him. Players are entitled to see out the contract signed. And yes, a lot of clubs will try and wait for a player to become a free agent. Myself personally, I have left a job, in which I was unhappy, to take a new role that i would be happier in, even though it was a drop in salary as I prioritised my happiness. But I do believe most people, not just footballers, but people in regular paying jobs, will prioritise money over this. And I do think this gives less right to complain about being unhappy as it is still a choice, even though one you are entitled to. Ultimately, the toxic culture comes from the owner of this club. Fans are right to be unhappy. We have too many players, Faes included but not only him by a long way, who for a long time have seemed very uncommitted. This has caused frustration from fans to boil over. 1

And a country with a huge population.....look at Spain, Italy, France, Germany....approximate the same population in numbers....Engeland once in 1966.....sad isn't it????Big mouth but as a football nation?????results???? BTW if king groups will fail....and the Leicester fans are killing their own club.....who will be eager to take it over????? Oh dear an emotional response. Let's hope he plays well all season and helps us gets promoted. We don't all have big mouths we just want the best for our club.At least your loyalty has passed to him and he's chose to stay abd help the fight.
TJB-fox Posted 29 September 2025 Posted 29 September 2025 @hfaes what did you make of his defending for the WBA goal on Friday? If he’s as good as you think he is why did he drop to the floor like a sack of sh1t and let their player waltz through on goal? 1
