Right idea to protest. But the way it was carried out was poor.

Club need to be held accountable for over zealous stewarding bordering on blatant taking the piss out of fans but this was not the right way to do it.

Don't understand the scorn and vitriol.

We all demand Passion on the pitch. It takes real passion to sing all game every game and these lads have shown a real hunger to engage with the club and better the atmosphere. Good on em.

Just shows how much we rely on the ufs lads for even the rubbish atmosphere we usually have.

Who would have thought the oap and family brigade would be so quiet.

From a club who brings you goal music and honesty flags I expect the atmosphere in the championship next year to be piped in on a soundtrack like it was for the sky matches during covid.

Echo what many say. Rest of the ground are like mutes. May as well not be there. Took 100 people standing in silence for there to be virtually zero noise from that side of the ground. That ladies and gentleman is our KOP END

What good is silence going to do from UFS? Just affecting the team. The club won’t care as they’ve got their money from the tickets and as we’ve seen they’re not bothered if the atmosphere is good or not. If you wanted to protest surely a proper protest would be more effective unless you don’t want to severe your ties with the club which means nothing will ever be done then if that’s the case and the club have you where they want you anyway.

The club will reap what it sows

So the 'singing section" were making a protest today?

That's why it was quiet?

I take it they've been doing it for every game this season?

Lol

Not being funny mate but I take it you were one of the ones who was singing today? Nobody can talk about not singing after today. By all accounts was virtually silent

Why is it always the same worms lining up to have a pop at UFS?

Good point would also be interested to know why. I imagine a few are bitter as they had to move seats. No excuse though really.

I'll be honest I didn't notice or have any idea of the protest or how the section were acting until I came in this thread and read what was (or should that be wasn't) happening.

That's not a snide comment towards UFS either by the way.

It probably says more about my attitude of being there - not wanting to be there, staring into space and being apathetic about it all.

Majority of people complaining are definitely secretly upset that they’ve realised the section is what makes any bit of atmosphere at the ground when they’ve been trying to push that it’s been a fail all season.

Bring back the clappers!!

They have never left.

Slowly dying in their seats, clapping slowly as they approach the reaper.

Got enough energy to slag lads off who actually try to hide the embarrassment that is Leicester fans though.

Why didn't the old boys sing their old songs today to fill the void

Haha

I did, couldn’t you hear me?

I opened my window and everything.

Who'd have thunk it after 2.5 years of nonsense-ball.

Doesn't make it right and it's no acceptable excuse but it's what's been created. Apathy.
