He’s not lived there for nearly over a year now. 
 

Moved back to Cheshire, so his wife could be nearer her family. 
 

Understandably was hard on the pair of them during lockdown/covid being in East Mids with not much family around

Not going to read it but I guess it's along the lines of: "Unfortunately the front door let us down tonight and we are suffering from a lack of spare rooms, which we hope to address in the coming house purchasing window but I need to remind the wife that money is tight. The kitchen did well and it was unlucky that we conceded to eating a burnt lasagne 5 minutes into the night. Try as we might, we couldn't find a way to put the Lemon Meringue onto the dining room table. I know some have been calling for us to use the lounge more but it will remain absent from my day to day plans until it offers us more during the evenings. I like that it's in the countryside and probably has quite nice views, but other than that I don't think there's anything else about it that would make me want to live there.

 

I can see it being in a newspaper story featuring the lines "...looked to outsiders they enjoyed the perfect life..." and ".... before turning the gun on himself...".

 

On the plus side I didn't notice any "live, laugh, love" type messages stenciled onto the walls which is my real cry for help red flag

I had exactly that on my wall and I was STRONGLY advised by an estate agent to paint over it.

 

I disagreed and although my property remains unsold I'm convinced there is no link whatsoever
