It seems filming through a window, or of someone's garden would not be legal, as they have expectation of privacy. Which I believe the same for the Team when training.

In other videos his argument is, if it can be seen from the public highway, it's fair game.

We have a public path around the training ground, but that doesn't mean everything can be seen from the public highway, and therefore should have an expectation of privacy.

Looks like they have planted a load of trees to screen the ground better too.

I guess and get that to a point but are you stopped on the highway with a camera recording...maybe people do this?

Think a bit of common sense is needed. Just because there may be a potential technicality  that allows you to it doesn't mean it's the best or right thing to do in this specific situation.  He is just being a tosser pushing boundaries because he can.

Always has to be someone out there lol. Ultimately, he comes across as the loser in this  video as its childish like behaviour (just like that guards boss).

Back to my telescope...not spying on my neighbours, i swear!

For a person obsessed with "knowing their rights" this willy puller is displaying precious little understanding of drone flight rules

4. Do not fly closer to people than 50m

This includes people in buildings and transport, including cars, lorries, trains, and boats.

You must keep a minimum horizontal distance of 50m between your drone or model aircraft and people. This creates a no fly zone around people that goes all the way up to the legal height limit. It can help to think of this no fly zone as a cylinder.

You must not fly over people in this no fly zone, even if you fly higher than 50m.

5. Never fly over people who are crowded together

Never fly over people who are crowded together, no matter what size of drone or model aircraft you have.

Examples of places where people are often crowded together include:

  • shopping areas
  • sports events

6. Keep at least 150m away from residential, recreational, commercial and industrial sites

150m is the minimum distance.

Be prepared to increase the distance if you need to do that to fly safely.

Drones and model aircraft below 250g

If you’re flying a drone or model aircraft that’s below 250g, you can fly closer to people than 50m and you can fly over them.

Flying it over private property and filming without permission.

I would say it's not legal. Buy a rifel and shoot the fecker down.

It's perfectly legal to fly over private property. Shooting at it would probably put you in prison.

The guy that done this - I saw a few of his video's yesterday - honestly the interactions he's had with the public I am surprised not one of them has lamped him. He's a first class aggravator. One of those smug people who want to annoy others just because. "the law says I can do it so I'll do it and there's nothing you can do to stop me"

Watched a couple myself on the back of this. If there's ever a video of somebody punching him in the face repeatedly please link me as soon as possible.

his videos always pop up on my TikTok. He comes across as an utter bellend. He most likley operates within the law (by filming from the public highway) but obviously attracts attention and then when employees challenge him he gets all passive aggresive. He's very keen on filming individuals but less so about revealing his own identity.

Imagine working at mcdonalds and this guy comes and sticks a camera in your face and starts challenging you on his rights to stick a camera in your face. I'd throw it in the deep fryer

We're going to wrong foot the opposition by making them think it's 2018 and that Andy King, Wes Morgan and Matty James are going to play.

They’d probably add more energy than we presently have?? 🥴
