I will never understand why some England captain / manager doesn't tell their England team to just shut their eyes and scream GSTK at the top of their voice, instead of that embarrassed mumble.

Yeah, or a phone goes off and someone shouts something towards them and it’s just a big chain reaction leading to a chorus of boos.
