Tottenham 4-2 defeat last day of the season. 

 

We’ve just won the FA Cup, the team should be full of confidence. Instead we were frail and second best to every ball, a classic Rodgers bottle job.

The Forest cup defeat should have been the final straw but sometimes there are games like that where we simply haven't turned up. Every manager will have those at some stage. 

 

What annoyed me more were the sheer amount of games we had a comfortable lead and threw it away! It becomes incompetence when you're making virtually the same mistakes again and again!

I think it was that 1st game this season against Brentford, baking hot day and coasting at 2 nil, but obviously heat exhausted players and whilst Frank took full advantage using his 5 subs, I think we took off KDH for Daka, inevitably whilst we looked like we were running through treacle, they pulled 2 back. His decision not to use his subs, to take off KDH who was our best player, was some of the worst managerial decisions I’ve ever seen.

Yep. There was a problem with my Mum's ticket. By the time she got in we were 0-2 down.

Didn't get half as much stick as it deserved. IIRC Maddison said something like 'we gave it everything' post-match. We barely tried to attack, there was so little intent - I remember saying Championship clubs would have given it more of a go in the last 25 minutes.

Some pretty awful ones in the 2019/20 run in: Norwich away, Brighton home and of course the Bournemouth game.
