It's stark.

As critical as we all are if him, you can see there's a player in there. The physique. The body shift. He's a nervous lad I think. But he's a footballer.

There were others on the pitch tonight who aren't professional level, let alone top-level.

He is a good footballer but not English football suited, he’d be good for a Europa league side abroad.

We’ll never see the full potential of Soumare. It’s been a bad move for all parties, unfortunately.

Second best, after running the show away at Spartak Moscow. But yeah he was good tonight.

Another one  Coops has improved.

He's got him up to 3 out of 10 now

I think he has had a decent game tonight, certainly better than Skipp did

Better than skip coady and BDCR.  Worryingly  better than some who will start on Saturday too.

Would be a decent player to have in the squad if only he was able to put consistent performances in

He does have some ability, just doesn't show it consistently often enough

Performances like last night are why we bought him.

I honestly think he was the best Leicester player last night.

He looked faster than normal, almost as if he was actually trying.

Shame he’s not consistent with his performances.

No doubt the lad has ability, don't think anyone's questioned that.... but everything else isn't there.

Doesn't want to be here and is just happy picking up a high wage for it.

The problem he has is we play with a deep midfield 2 and he's 4th choice behind Ndidi, Winks and Skipp so is just never going to get regular pitch time.

Last night's performance for me didn't show any of that. I thought he was standout, so comfortable on the ball, worked hard, teammates kept finding him (they clearly trust him and his ability). I'd give him another run.

Whether he has anything to offer in the PL at this point I’m not sure, but I’d say his best performance in a Leicester shirt and probably one of our best players last night, had a good game.

Oh good, the once in a blue moon performance that re-ignites the "there's a player in there" myth.

(ignores seasons of good performances whilst at Lille ...  )

However, yes a rare good performance for us, so there clearly is a player in th.....ah feck it, get rid..

He had his best game I've seen, however still look at him when UTD score the first, no closing down at all, no tracking towards the players or the ball.

Unlucky not to score, but one half decent game doesn't excuse his laziness or lack of effort up until now.

Is it a myth if it’s true? Plenty of decent performances for Lille, was decent at Sevilla last season, not every player is capable of playing in England he’s not the first and won’t be the last
