Based on the first 2 games I have definitely seen enough to think relegation wont be a worry at all this season

Palace are the big favourites for relegation anyway.

Assume Draper is injured again? She was in the squad for 1st game then out v Arsenal and again tonight?

Also is Kop the new #1 as she has started the 2 league games, is she really better than Leitig?

Draper away on international duty.

Started with too many changes last night, Ale, Pelgander and Takarada were poor.
Leitzig did her best but our penalties were not up to scratch.
Very low crowd, I’d estimate 150 but when the club doesn’t start selling until 6 days before and takes them off sale a day before it’s never going to shift many tickets.

But tickets were on sale at the ground until kick off so no excuses for not buying

I think a lot of it is down to it being played at Burton too, last season the crowd barely topped 1000 for the Villa WSL game and half of that was Villa fans up the A38.

Nevertheless the game was poorly promoted by the club, ticket prices were not lowered and there was also no reduction for ST holders so for a league cup game against lower league opposition played away at Burton with a second string side it’s an own goal from LCFC I’m afraid.
