Newcastle should do a job on Ipswich today but you never know as theyre wildly inconsistent. Morsy chasing around Guimares and Tonoli would be funny.

Newcastle is due a battering. They're awful at the back. 4-1 Ipswich.

I don’t think you can rule Ipswich out of any game, especially at home. Just because they’d keep going at it like a dog with two dicks. But, if Newcastle turn up they win.

If Ipswich beat Newcastle 4-1, we may as well ask the PL to relegate us now.

How about our manager wakes up and changes things tactically? Because if we go vs Wolves with the same stupid tactics and just Vardy upfront we're screwed big time.

He’s had just over two weeks to work with the squad. He is still learning about his squad….. the guy needs a chance to implement his ideas…… you can’t expect much after only three ish weeks…….

Plus we’re never going to play two “strikers”.

I remember seeing some football genius saying we should try for Duran in the summer when Villa were looking to flog him to West Ham.  Proper guru he was.  Good looking too if I remember right!

Duran was going for 50 mill and west ham had a bid rejected for 45. Doubt we could've afforded him.

That's it then, it's settled. We're going down.

What ideas? Still learning what, that we can't defend? How much time does he need? Until February when we'll be already down? Or he'll bring in Baresi to play as CB? We need results now.

:D There were rumours that Villa had dropped the price to get a sale in for FFP after West Ham went for Fullkrug.  All a pipe dream anyway!

I reckon we'll be able to get Watkins off them for £50 though on Jan 29th with Duran becoming first choice....

Odds of 100-1, that confident you should wack a £100, give yourself a lovely  Christmas.

Fortunately/unfortunately I'm not gambling/betting or playing lottery. You're more than welcome to bet £1 and come over here to N. Yorkshire for some pints. 😜

Still leaves a bitter taste than Youri dropped tools in our relegation season considering his talent

If you think football is as simple as that, then you’re sorely mistaken……

As a club appointing Cooper meant we abandoned everything we worked on last season, leading to a change in style….. so when Ruud comes in, the style changes yet again….. he has to be able to build a foundation to work from, what is your expectation? Play 4-4-2, bollock the ball up to two big strikers and hope for the best? Because hoping for the best is more or less what Cooper tried, and failed to do.

With no method and no system you can’t even begin to improve, Ruud is trying to address the defensive issues by implementing a proper method and ideology.

Playing two strikers isn’t going to change our defensive problems, how we play as a unit will.

I’ll never forgive Youri for playing like he did for us a few seasons ago….. ****ing disgraceful player, can we change the FA cup goal scorer to Vardy……. Youri doesn’t deserve such an honour. Fat ****ing bellend.

Don't quite understand the Rohl hype tbh; possibly it's because of his age.

Dreadful take this.

joined a basket case, kept them up somehow and now has them competing in the top half with very few additions.

He's very good
