So Nuno gets Forest 7th place, Conference League and knocked out in the FA Cup semis?

 

Identical to the 19/20 season he had with Wolves. We finished 13th the season after......

Yep. They're not even a one season wonder. More of a 0.75 season wonder.

 

They'll have to shift some players this summer, struggle to replace them and have too many games to deal with given a squad that's too thin with not enough wriggle room to pad it out adequately.

 

Midtable next season and probably out of Europe by February.

Fair enough. May just be what each of us are exposed to but I’ve not heard anything close to the level as to when we won it. Maybe it will come in time.

It seems to be a pattern. He's very good for a couple of seasons and then there's a fall-off. Rationally, 13th place would be a decent season for a club of Forest's size and resources but Marinakis is to rationality what King Herod was to childcare.

Probably so, now they've got CL next season.

 

He's going to be well out of his depth and the possibility of a humbling in the early matches are quite real.

It will depend on spurs hire as manager .. you can have all the money in the world but it doesn't make a team capable of finishing above 17th

The worst premier league season in living history. A standard so low that it saw Chris Wood score 20 goals. 
 

And we’ve contributed to being one of the three worst teams in the worst ever premier league. 
 

It’s been a hideous advert for modern football, for English football……. Here’s hoping something can change, and it isn’t employing clowns like Russell Martin.
