Any decent manager isn't coming here I'm afraid, not till the summer at least. The club has a bigger issue in what doe it want to be?

 

Even if we brought Dyche in and he performed a miracle with getting the likes of Faes and Justin to defend, what's the next step? Is dychball really what the club want? 

I’ve always thought horses and course - I’m not saying he’s perfect I’m just certain he’d do a hell of a lot better than Ruud but I’m at the point of anyone but Ruud apart from Cooper.

Mentality is also something a player has to have, like if someone tells Mavididi hes shit he probably sulks, wheras some players would want to fight and prove people wrong. Hes not got thst, few in this club have that. I don't think management works quite like it used to, managers like O'Neil wouldn't work today. All the players would be crying, don't get me wrong I love the bloke and would love to got back to those nights at Filbo. Times are a changing, not always for the best, apparently we need tippy happy at tge back.

 

With this squad I'm not sure anyone could do much. We've had 2 managers already.

I think he needs to try 3 at the back, basic issue is we can not defend for toffee. Until we can shithouse a backs against the wall 0-0 we have issues.

 

It maybe that Rudd isn't good enough but I don't think half a season with no transfer money is really a fair place to judge.  The bigger issue is higher up and until they are sorted we ain't getting a better manager. Like if we really didn't get the likes of Potter because Rudkin wouldn't step aside, then we are utterly ****ed we always will be whilst Mr piss away 200m is here

For the love of god get 1 of them and we might have a chance of stopping up. If not build for next season with one of them, 

 

 

I doubt Rudkin knows who any of those are, therin lies the problem. If Rudd goes we will probably be Steven Gerrards next project, bet Top and Rudders would love a photo with him.

 

We need to concentrate on getting that steaming turd out of our club first.

Got union Berlin promoted to the Bundesliga and then within 2 or 3 seasons were in the champions league spots in the league. Readily available with plenty of experience. Just what we need and exactly what we won’t consider.

I'd be more than happy to see some out of the box appointments. Sadly this lot don't have it in them. Rudkin only knows about people who's cvs come in his letter box or people he's seen on telly. 

 

Be lovely for the club to have a vision, an identity, pick managers that fit with that, players that fit with that, maybe some are risks but surely better than washed up on donkeys. At the minute it's a scattergun approach to managers, we've had Smith, Enzo, Cooper and Rudd, signed players like Souttar and Cannon, renewed Vestegaard, got Eduoard in, Ayew, BCR, like where we heading? What's the plan? 

 

All this shows...the director of football hasn't got a ****ing scooby. **** Rudkin

Some of our football is quite neat. Can see he has suffered for not having Ndidi available. Needs to keep Okoli in now.

 

I know the results are worse but I think we offer a bit more than under Cooper, albeit a very low bar. It won't be enough, though.

You can’t keep losing and looking beyond the manager. He has drawn 1 game. And yes, it isn’t the strongest squad. But in this horrendous run, Villa, Man C, today, Palace were all games where we did some positive work things and tactically needed to adapt not to lose. You then combine it with the utter disasters we saw at Wolves, Fulham, Everton and Newcastle and tactically we are being hung out to dry. 
 

You see some fight in these players. Bilal, BCDR, Okoli today, Wilf, Vards. We shouldn’t be losing what is 8 out of 9 games and all fingers not pointing straight at the manager.

Who is the next big young talent? Bearing in mind. Rudkin doesn't have a ****ing clue.

 

I want to know who comes in works with this shitshow and does a better job, I'm not seeing anyone who wants it, your on a hiding to nothing. A manager can't do much with no transfers, crap players, half a season. We are still working with Coopers staff. The set up is clueless. 

 

No amount of anything can make duffers like Faes capable of defending, he's just not good enough. Normally a manager has a squad to fit with his 'style' 'philosophy' not a bunch of randomly assembled Rudkin duffers.

Given the exhaustive search for a manager in the summer ended up with Cooper, and the location of where Seagrave is and where Cooper is based, I think our method of searching for managers literally just involves looking out the window for a bit. If that doesn't turn anyone up, just leave the door unlocked and see if anyone wanders in off the street.

Someone will have to pick up the Urs Fischer and drop him off at Seagrave or at least post a nice fake letter to Mr Rudkin

I’m still baffled that we paid 20m+ for Skipp when we could have paid the compo for Corberan or any decent manager from abroad. 
Villa got Emery for 5m while we stuck with that ***** Rodgers. Absolutely shocking.

Not his fault for any of this and think tonight was an experiment on our defence, think we see more of Okoli as a result. Having said that, give me Danny Rohl in the championship with our squad and the budget from selling Hermansen, ideally without the morons who can’t make a signing without 4 weeks notice
