Safe to say, I doubt we will see Ruud managing in the Premier League again anytime soon.

Off to the Indian league or Saudi if he was lucky

His decision making has been strange, and i think he might still make it as a manager, and i can't help feeling sorry for him, I'd reckon he's kicking himself for taking us on.

We cannot know what's gone on behind the scenes, but if he goes i'd wish him well, i do not understand the hate, i rserve that for some of the players on our books stealing a living.

He is stealing a living as manager picking the same team as much as any player

I don’t care “how much it costs” to sack him. He should be gone. This many games without scoring is an embarrassment. Should have gone weeks ago. Worse manager I’ve ever seen.

Average merit payment per position is £2.8m

Our squad is total dogs hit in attack and defence so I feel for him, but his persistence with Kristiansen is criminal.

Kristiansen losing his man at the back post has been responsible for about a third of our goals conceded this year.

I'm not ready to throw the towel in on him but I wish he'd see that glaring opportunity to fix a problem.

There is a genuine argument he is our worst ever manager. Using the manager stats on here only Dave Bassett and Frank McLintock have lower win percentages. RVN has us scoring less and conceding more per game than both of those did. Both of those kept more clean sheets and neither had a losing streak longer than 7 in all comps, RVN is on 9 as it stands. Neither went longer than 4 games without scoring a goal, RVN is on 8 league games without a goal.

As i say, I don't understand why he didn't just play attacking players and tell them to go all out attack, but you never know whats gone on behind the scenes, he said he was looking to see progress, in reality, I think he knows he's gone, so maybe doesn't want a major thrashing on his record, so is playing damage limitation

What more does he need to do to not throw the towel in, unwanted records being broken every week, not scoring in 4 months at home 😂

It's astounding how much of a spell this man holds over certain men

He is miles and miles worse than Steve Cooper in every stat. Steve Cooper got 12 PL games. We got 10 points and scored 15 goals in that period, a standard we could only wish for now. It’s not fair to compare them.

I know I write some rubbish on here but I genuinely cannot believe what I still read in this thread. How do some people still defend or make excuses for him. It’s unbelievable.

Didn't Pearson not win agame in a record 19 games or something like that in 12/13? Then success came our way shortly after.

Sometimes its not about the manager, it's the players on the pitch. Like today us going 1-0 down after 2 mins just ****s the whole week of training up.

Can someone explain why Leicester fans were applauding when Barnes scored? Like what was your thought process? Genuinely don't understand why

Our fanbase is awful. Probably the same people that clap the team off after we get battered. On TV it showed Vardy walking round and clapping, were fans genuinely there clapping still?

Yeah that major thrashing would do some real damage to his reputation.

A bit like being a former striker, working under one of the greatest managers of all time and setting a 150 year old record in the football league for 8 games all defeats and zero goals.

15 defeats from 16 games
