Looks like he was having a panic attack of some sort, remember it happening to wade a few times and everyone is like oh he’s still in the game it’s not even finished, I think completely missing the point. Who knows if it’s pressure of being on the stage or something is going on behind the scenes in his life but definitely something amiss outside of playing darts imo.

Menzies really needs to work with a sports psychologist to help him in those moments, he just falls apart.

He needs to work on his psychology. He gets easily frustrated and loses focus. Price was average at best, if Barry had at least an average % in doubles this would have been very close.

I also don't know why Barry insists on this weird darts trajectory. He needs to make adjustments to his throw, this style is too difficult to perfect especially when hitting doubles and when your fist throw for triple 20 is slightly below.

Good job the Noa-lynn game is in the afternoon & not in the evening when the crowds seem more hostile. The reception to her in the Grand Slam was fairly mixed with a few boo's & whistles but the Ally Pally crowd is a different beast entirely tbh
