Good point. Hadn't considered that

The dream of us ever being a club consistently competing for trophies has died with King Power's short-sightedness.

I just want a sustainable club my daughter can grow up supporting now, with a majority shareholder who will start treating fans with respect, whatever division we're in.

We don’t necessarily need new owners, Top just needs to realise he needs better people around him.

And anyway, our history alone makes us a good project for someone. As a club, we’re a very attractive prospect, we’re just being badly run.

Top doesn’t have a clue mate, it’s obvious to everyone he doesn’t have a clue.

I've wondered for a while how difficult it would be for anyone to buy the club with a statue of the previous owner outside the main entrance?

I don't mean any disrespect by this but it is a difficult one.

I can’t help but think Top is just hanging onto the club for sentimental reasons….. I can’t see how he’s so blind to what is happening here….. there’s zero long term planning here……

I’m not ITK one bit this is Exactly what I’ve heard but it’s not Top refusing to let go

His mum? King Power don’t have any legitimacy for the footballing operations, we are on a downward spiral.

His Mum is correct.

Do you know something Ric?

She’s a broker, isn’t she not beyond the realms Of possibility that we have approached her to sell the club, to a Middle East consortium?

I left the stadium at full time. These stewards had to walk with this car, presume ownership or Rudkin, to Upperton Road.

Surely that makes it more obvious it's him lol

Goodwill for Top will go completely if we go down again.

My patience is thin now.

All a bit odd this weekend....

He's used neither of his planes to get here

Hides away at half time even though it was 0-0 and not many chants at that point

Disappears in a hurry at full time

I said earlier, the strangest bit is him being there at all today, could have rode out the whole of January with this being our last home game until Mid feb, given he was last seen on boxing day before that random jaunt around the entirety of northern and central spain lol, his attendance today, on his own, was odd!

We fit the profile for her, and there’s plenty of Middle Eastern groups that would probably be interested. I’d imagine if KP were to sell, it would be to a consortium from that part of the world……

If it's a 21 plate BMW then that's Rudkin.

We saw him pull up at the traffic lights over the river bridge just after 12pm.

Once my son realised who it was he gave him a very subtle willy puller sign.

Proud dad!

Re: The Amanda Staveley suggestion.

It wouldn't be that much of a shock, even if it's just to attract additional investment. The family are in with the Thai royal family, which you would think places them in at least the potential for second hand contact and relations with several Middle Eastern governments such as Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, the UAE etc. Not to mention their links to China. All of this would suggest that the potential buyers would see the likely huge asking price for the club as pocket change.

Simply put, people with that amount of wealth and influence in a country like Thailand will have more fingers in more pies than a leper on a cookery course.

Explains why there was a huge exodus of stewards around 80 mins, more so than usual with all the other KP cars lined up outside.

Top really must be the one held accountable though more so than Rudkin.

Sad state as I'm sure he has a wife and kids, who may be a bit terrified at the situation.

I want us to feel like a united club again. A club that cares deeply for the city and community. The gap between the club and the fans is the furthest it’s arguably ever been.

Don’t disagree. I think after today he will genuinely seek to sell up.
