Be proper interesting to see how Bristol City do this year, they ran out of steam big time at the end last time out and stunk out the playoffs. But they had a very good season.

 

They've been a solid outfit and improved year on year since Pearson's stint helped clear out the deadwood and instill a good squad mentality. Funny, that.

Don't like being too critical of other teams centre forwards just yet. Let's wait and see what ours offer. Unless we buy someone decent, Ayew and Daka are not going to terrorise many of the better defences.

Daka averaged a goal/assist every 90 minutes last time we were at this level, and did so against Ipswich and Leeds.

 

Don't underestimate how much space our number 9 is going to get with sides having to watch Fatawu/Mavididi/BEK/Monga/McAteer etc.

Playoffs count don't they? If so he got 11 last season didn't he? 

Also your point doesn't really show the full picture, he's only played over 40 league games once and over 30 twice, add in he's not always been used as a striker and played a lot for a shit Stoke side.

Maybe their armchair fans can apply some pressure and make them get Paul Mullin back on an emergency loan. See how he does in the second tier, since they made him out to be the next Jamie Vardy when he was banging them in against the likes of Wealdstone and Aldershot.
