Seeing that you're in the know on this kind of thing, surely you're happy about what happened this week leading up to this?

The drive down the M1 to MK isn't as smooth as it once was....

The LCFC app has just thanked me for renewing when I categorically have not (have the email to prove it). Anyone else?

If you pay direct debit, you renew automatically

I emailed the club asking them to cancel renewal. They confirmed they have. I would have presumed they cancelled direct debit.

Assume it’s their generally awful customer processes then failing

Just be aware that the direct debit for this year’s season ticket is still current - I still have payments on 1/4 and 1/5. If you cancel your direct debit now they will probably cancel your season ticket with immediate effect.

I would cancel the direct debit your end as well just to be safe, presuming someone doing there job correctly at LCFC is a brave decision

Have all monthly payments for this year's ST been taken by the club? I would like to know the right time to cancel my DD.

*just read post above.  Probably best to wait until 01/05 payment taken?*

Email sent for cancellation. Enjoyed the last two weekends without having to watch us. Wanted to keep them for when my lad was old enough to go but fed up with it all now.

I have renewed albeit with Direct Debit, no way I am parting with 600 odd quid straight up, club doesn't deserve that amount of money straight away..

I only spotted this today.

Having made my peace with giving mine up this does muddy the waters a bit, well done to everyone that put pressure on the club to come up with something a bit more workable.

The club might be a bit of a basket case at the minute but to be honest I've always seen your club not being what you want it to be most of the time as just being part of being a supporter

A win of sorts for the fans, from the work of the Foxes Trust.

I wasn't wildly optimistic they'd get anywhere with it, but credit where credit's due.

I'd guess the club had underestimated how much ST sharing goes on, because how would they know? The impression I get having spoken to more people since this became an issue is that LOADS of people do it. I know you're not supposed to, but if the extent of it is a shock but it's not been causing a problem it just underlines there's not the need to be that strict about it

There’s never been a need for it - there’s no black market in Leicester home tickets going for elevated prices. People have just been quietly sharing their season tickets with family and close friends for years with very few problems, as you say. For the club it has always been about trying to force people into the resale scheme, but it seems like a combination of pressure from the Foxes Trust and rising anxiety over the amount of non-renewals has persuaded them to rethink.

Sorry if this been answered before, I have renewed my season tickets as I had it on DD. I heard there is no option to have physical card next season, I have 3 x DD going out, 1 for me , mum and dad and dad is over 65 so I would imagine dad still have option of physical card? But me and my mum will have to go digital? But Me and my mum are under my DD, does the season ticket for both go to my phone ? Thanks

I would have thought although you are both under the same DD you should both receive your tickets separately as you would both have a  customer number each and both your phone nos would be held by the club unless when registering you registered just one phone number

Has anyone on DD who has emailed the club had a response?

The useless ****s can't even be arsed to reply to a ST holder of over 20 years to confirm, enquire as to why or say piss off.

Is the last DD in May?
