Very happy to read I've been successful in the safe standing ballot

Well they haven’t built the ticketing system online because you have to ring, visit or email to move. So that’s a pain in the arse tomorrow on the phone

Thats not the most helpful set up is it.

Hope there is still plenty of space in safe standing for new season ticket holders..

Go 9 games without a goal in the championship and you’ll be able to stand in the seating area with no one around you!

I've just been kicked off/not connected due to "volume of calls" lol Can't believe there's no online option to do this. Feel like I've gone back about 15 years.

Yep pretty mad. It's 2025. Incredible that this was the level of preparation.

We'd encourage everyone successful in the ballot to join us in the expanded SK1/G1 standing section, to help form a true focal point for our home support. Instructions below.

Are you UFS in the same position as this season or have you moved slightly?

If you’re looking to move within or into the East or West Stands for the 2025/26 season, your relocation window opens at 9am tomorrow(Thursday 8 May) and runs until 5pm on Wednesday 14 May. If you’ve already relocated but wish to make a further change within these areas, you now have another opportunity to do so.

Just a reminder – this window applies solely to moves within or into the East and West Stands and does not include relocations into Safe Standing areas. Season Ticket Holders currently seated in the North and South Stands are also reminded that their exclusive relocation window closes at 5pm today (Wednesday 7 May).

Prefer to see the area in person before making your choice?

We understand that picking a new view of the action is a big decision. That’s why we’re offering supporters the chance to visit the stadium and see areas they are considering relocating into for themselves before selecting a seat. If you’d like to take us up on this, just get in touch using any of the methods below, and we’ll be happy to arrange a time for you to pop by.

How to relocate your seat

📞 Call: 0344 815 5000 (Option 1) *

🏟️ Visit: Matchday Ticket Office (located outside the Foxes Fanstore) *

📧 Email: [email protected] *

* All open weekdays from 9am–5pm.

👥 Helping another supporter?

If you’re arranging a relocation on behalf of another Season Ticket Holder (aged 18+), we need an email from that supporter giving permission before anything can be changed.

Emails must be sent to [email protected] from the Season Ticket Holder’s own email account ahead of the relocation request, with the information we require listed below:

From the Season Ticket Holder:

Supporter Number

Full Name

Full Postal Address

Date of Birth

From the person making the change:

Full Name

Full Postal Address

Date of Birth

Please note seats cannot be held or reserved without written confirmation.

We look forward to helping you find your perfect place to support us next season!

Its no wonder the club cant make any money,  As a commercial operation in 2025 the level of utter ineptitude is astounding. Guess thats what happens when you are run by bribe masters with no clue how to run a proper business

Any of you guys who have moved seats had an email confirmation from the club?

Seven or us relocated and whilst when we login to the ticket site we can see our new seats for next season we never received anything from the club.

We went along to the ground to pick seats, Jim said watch out for the email but nothing ever came through to any of us.

All seems to have gone through.

Yes and work is in progress. I believe the club should be providing updates so fans can see rather than having to ask. I have placed this on the agenda for the upcoming FCC as an example of where communication needs to be improved.
