In acknowledgement of concerns from the Leicester City fanbase over digital ticketing, the Foxes Trust would like to hear from supporters. What are your views on digital ticketing?

Please take the survey now, it’ll only take a couple of minutes to complete:

https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/9FN9HZ7

We ask any supporter whom has had difficulties regarding the exemptions for digital ticketing, or challenges with the current policy that are preventing them from renewing their season ticket, to contact the Trust via the email address [email protected] so that we can feed this back to the Club.

All done.

Would this not have been a stronger message if delivered to members only but also before the last load of chats? Will Tony not see this as a "told you so" survey and just poo poo it all further? I can't see him backing down on much now, they've spun the line on the last statement of "we listen" with the 10 game thing. "We can't do everything" will be his line of defence here surely?

Not a dig, more discussion points...

Done.

If this is being forced on clubs by the PL then I’m surprised there hasn’t been more

of a pushback from supporter groups.

Ah you really though.

There are only four supporter groups and three of them don’t dare challenge the club on anything.

Can’t speak for the poster but I assume they meant from supporter groups of other clubs

Done. I don’t care if it is the EPL or LCFC. I’m just not having digital ticketing for football imposed on me. I’d love to know the name of the individual at the EPL who decided/proposed this is the way football is going to be. Because I don’t think that person realises what a massive change to football fan culture this is. ST holders have been trusted to manage season ticket cards in their family and friendship circles for generations.
Worth mentioning I use NFC regularly and enjoy using it in other spheres of life. I’m dead against this though and have given up my ST next season as a point of principle.

It feels like the Foxes Trust, by the line of questioning is doing some outreach for LCFC on this. I’m pretty sure the data will say that many fans weren’t really aware that this was a EPL thing and not solely an LCFC thing.

Last but one question should have had an option of being “fully aware of and understand the reasons and still strongly disagree with them”

I wish supporters would stop being so tribal and sycophantic of their clubs and ownership and realise that if we started fighting together for the issues that are affecting us as all then half of the shit they propose and try and push through won’t happen.

Completed it anyway.

Done. My biggest gripe is them forcing the issue when we’re not going to be in the league that it’s required.

So if we fell down the leagues now we would still be stuck with it.

I did explain in the (small) comment box that it’s the thing that finally pushed me over the edge with not renewing. The bigger thing for me which this comes under is how the fans are treated.

Genuine question as I'm oldish and no way a techie!

My wife's iPhone broke last night, cant get it into a repair shop until Friday, we don't live in Leicester, so if we were at home to man City tonight, we would be travelling a lot of the day,  how would she get in if her ticket is in the phones wallet?

Exactly this. It’s a glaring omission.

It's an odd survey, it should be a survey for only those season ticket holders who oppose digital tickets and/or have an issue with them. Question number 2 in particular doesn't allow for anything other than a negative response..... So I can't complete the rest as none of question 2 responses are applicable to me. I'm not renewing, but it's nothing to do with digital tickets.
