davieG Posted 4 March Posted 4 March Jake got about 20 minutes, certainly likes to get involved although I thought he could have done more to stop the shot that was the winning goal, their manager seems to like him. 3

Im not suggesting we bring him back to lead the line in the Championship. Although he’d be an upgrade on Ayew. If we end up in league one you imagine we’d be interested in a 21 yr old with that record from the national league … it would be a no brainer to at least offer him a contract Edited 5 March by Lambert09 1
Collymore Posted 8 March Posted 8 March Can't remember seeing such a one sided game. Wimbledon all over them! 1
Rubbersoul Posted 8 March Posted 8 March This has been quite possibly the worst first half I’ve seen from Northampton and I watch Leicester every week 2
Rubbersoul Posted 8 March Posted 8 March Evans finally gets a meaningful touch on the ball with a decent cross. This has been a brutal watch
Rubbersoul Posted 8 March Posted 8 March Ooo decent attempt from Evans and a good save. Northampton have used their 3 sub slots now and Evans is still on

Rubbersoul Posted 8 March Posted 8 March He’s been their best player this half. 3 huge chances. Really should’ve scored but have to give credit to the keeper 1
moore_94 Posted 8 March Author Posted 8 March @Rubbersoul Been watching too much of Fatawu with that 1
Rubbersoul Posted 8 March Posted 8 March He played really well second half. He looks good at making space for himself to get a shot off, probably should’ve scored one of his chances if you’re critical but the keeper did well for them. Few moments where he’s a bit sloppy, like letting the ball run loose but overall for 17 he looks really promising. He’s very physical doesn’t look like he’ll get bullied 4

Rubbersoul Posted 9 March Posted 9 March (edited) Evans three chances in the highlights. Does well to create them and decent movement for the 2nd one. Edited 9 March by Rubbersoul 3 1

Natural goal scorer, once he's gotten enough minutes in his legs he's going to be scoring loads with all the chances he gets.
Tommy G Posted 9 March Posted 9 March What has happened to Will Alves this season? I haven't seen much apart from the odd helpful @moore_94 report. Injured again or just not kicking on?

Injured again or just not kicking on? Started brightly, scored on his debut. Got injured (ankle?) and was out from Late September to late November if I remember correctly. When he returned Lee Grant who was under pressure got replaced by Liam Manning who has basically not had any interest in playing him. I think it’s been a mixture of injuries, Will not taking his chances and a manager that doesn’t really fancy him it would seem. Just doesn’t seem to be happening for him sadly. Huddersfield fans don’t like Manning and say the football is dreadful for added context Edited 9 March by Rubbersoul 1 1
