I really don't get how resale works this season. This was looking ok in terms of sales, not sold out but mostly full, then looking again yesterday there's seemingly thousands.

What's the criteria for resale opening?

They put all tickets that have been listed for resale a week prior to the fixture so these would have been released Monday.. being an 7.45 kick off on a Saturday would put many people off

Can't make Portsmouth game due to 7.45 kick off. Have one Fosse Club Hospitality ticket going free to any worthy supporter. By worthy I mean someone that has fallen on difficult times one way or another or not managed to get down the KP for a while. Would welcome suggestions from anyone on here that might know of someone that might benefit.

Brilliant act of kindness.

I wanted to pass my ST for this match to my brother in law. I thought i'd done it but it looks like he has to pay money for it, is that correct?

I have just listed a couple of seats together  on resale, A1 block, row CC. £25 each.

Tickets still available .. championship football on a Saturday night, may never happen again!

There are literally LOADS of tickets- this is set for our lowest league attendance in years surely?

Officially it will be around 25-27k but I reckon it will be more like 22/23k

Timing of kick off, away team miles away. It's not really unexpected.

Most of those listed for resale will be full. It's part of the problem we have, people hanging onto STs with the hope that we'll get good again, and in the meantime they feel obliged to go rather than really wanting to be there.

I think people have forgotten what the stadium plan looked like when we actually used to get 22/23k at home games. It takes half a dozen blocks to be virtually empty to actually get those numbers.

Portsmouth were allocated the full amount and have sold out. Not that it surprises me as they are a well supported club.

Wow, fair ****ing play in that case. I expected like 500. I know they're well supported but the kick off time makes it horrendous for them.

Puts rest of us to shame who are moaning about having to travel in from a bit further out of Leicestershire.

500?!! Pompey are a hugely backed club and haven't come here since maybe 2010? (season they beat us 6-1 away). I am sure they will sell out tomorrow's match.

Random one but last time I went through Thurnby i witnessed a bunch of young thugs throw a whole pack of flour over a customer leaving an off license. Not been back since.

Fair enough, I stand corrected, maybe they will only bring 500 tomorrow

Tbf I'm not suprised they have sold out, they're in that bracket of EFL clubs whose support has skyrocketed in the last decade.

Mmm I’m not sure about that, I think the reason they sold out is maybe they have not played is in a few years, there more an average supported championship club then anything else!

Plus the fact they most likely put them on general sale and don't insist they have to be a season ticket holder or member to buy them unlike a certain other club.
