He was saying there is a lot going on at the club that people dont know about, and it's tough.  Sounds ominous.  Also sounds like hes off

People tried to tell me on here Souttar wasn’t going to make the Socceroos squad and he’s captaining.

By an absolute mile our best centre half. It isn't close.

Our only CB that knows how to play CB.

I’ve said it before on here, he would’ve been Maguire 2.0 if not for the injuries. He was criminally underused, because he’s a brilliant defender first and foremost, and not a ball playing CB. In a team that could not defend a set piece he would’ve been so useful.

On past performances and goals for them, he’s one of those players that probably gets picked for Australia if he’s fit, even if he’s not playing at club level. Immense. I’ll watch the match in a bit. Late night last night so I haven’t watched it

Sadly one who will leave for a pittance and do incredibly well if he stays fit. As with other players we will be lowballed as clubs will know how desperate our situation is re our finances and needing to lose players in order to bring players in. Rudkin and Glover entirely to blame for it all.

He was an absolute mountain, a brilliant performance

He was the same in the last World Cup and I was delighted we bought him unfortunately with injuries and our desperate need to play like Man City he doesn’t fit the criteria of playing out.

But if you want an old fashioned CB my god he’s decent

Absolutely no chance he stays next season. And even if he did he probably wouldn't get picked if Martin was manager as he's not a "ball playing centre half" God i hate this club atm. 😡

In league 1 we are going to need him. Teams will bully us to get a goal otherwise. Ideally we keep Souttar (and sell Okoli) and have a ball playing CB next to him.

That said Okoli is 24. If he can't do it in league 1 he isn't going to make it.

The whole thing is a mess. I really hope it isn't Martin and we appoint a realist rather than an idealist.

He won’t be with us by the end of the window if he keeps playing and stays fit

Could be more than 1 club who really want him at the end of his World Cup, so might not go for an absolute pittance. If it wasn’t for the World Cup then i’d predict he would leave us in the January window for a half decent fee, if we keep Seagrave and he wanted somewhere nice to ease back into a hopefully a good few more years as a player.

I'm loving the amount times Leicester city has been mentioned in the coverage so far in this match (watching on In Demand)
