Probably, unfortuantely.  I say that, because, I generally have an order of importance based on what they've done - unprecedented>rare>uncommon>common.

Annual winnners only really count (IMHO) if it's been ages since a Brit won, and...  Yeah, nah.

Not exactly patriotic when it comes to Olympics you stick two fingers to your country to represent someone else. Northern Irish born, but its not exactly good to be picking up an British sporting achievement when flying another flag.

I don’t think it was an easy choice for him given the political climate over there.

 

It was his call though. He’s still N Irish regardless. In the same way Harvey Barnes isn’t from Leicester, he’s from Burnley
