He has a number of senior pros around him at the setup of the free kick, they have obviously decided they are going to try something and instructed him to do so.

Don't get me wrong hes the one who has made the error, hes massively under hit the pass, but hes only as responsible as the group around him he again get it so wrong time after time, which is as Rowett alluded to in his post match.

i was sat right near that free kick & Im sure your'e right about him being instructed to try that pass , it looked like Lacaselles was the instigator, he ran across spoke to Mukasa & the others over the ball, before going into the box. Thing is did anyone tell Winks, knowing this lot probably not. Like you say the pass was horrible but I'm sure it wasn't his idea.

Just another example of a young talented player losing confidence and regressing at our toxic club.

There are clearly players in that dressing room that undermine their team mates.

The young players are the most likely to be affected by their negativity, and we can see every single young player going backwards.

A functioning football department with a competent DOF would support a manager to eradicate those negative forces in the squad (and would have probably not recruited them in the first place).

Again, a player that is a symptom of our problem (incompetent leadership) that will thrive in a functioning elite sporting environment.

It was a mistake but i was more disappointed with the sh*t show defending that followed. Somebody take a yellow and hack the lad down on halfway.

It is so indicative of our complete lack of joined up thinking that our main creative threat is a teenager from another club in his first games as a professional. The way we have shelved Louis Page's development has been really disappointing. Same to Aluko.

Unbelievably, Thomas was the only one who tried to do that. Lascelles, Ricardo and Winks all could have done something but were weak.

Looked an absolute baller in his first 2 matches. Since then has got worse and worse and now looks like he doesn't care and has zero confidence. The Leicester City curse strikes again!
