Maybe painful listening, but on Radio 5 Live there's now a programme with Wes Morgan, Robert Huth and Marc Albrighton talking about the title-winning season and according to the blurb, "what went right on and off the pitch and how things unravelled in the decade that followed".

Was a good listen, nothing new though. Jordan from BSLB on there. Good to hear from Steve Walsh, the recruitment mastermind not the defensive hard man. Shame it was 1h 30 of title win and glory and 30mins of WTF went wrong.

Searched Leicester city, it took a bit of scrolling but in there. Starts with them talking about arsenal so seems like you’re on the wrong one at 1st.

I'm only on the good times, so its good at the minute Albrighton, Wes, Steve Walsh Senior and Huth al on so its good so far.

Huth was on TS daily with Geoff Peters doing essentially the same talk. He refused to bad mouth Rudkin or Top but didn’t hold back on the players. I’m not sure I can be bothered to listen to another podcast where ex players skate around the biggest issues at the club through fear of upsetting their friends.

I did thoroughly enjoy the parts they covered where we were great! Especially Huth talking about the Arsenal changing room celebrations motivated him to go on and ensure they got over the line! There wouldn't be a player in the squad now that would give a shit if something like that happened!

Saw Huth's and Albrighton's names so I'll give it a miss. They won't talk about the issues at the club that have led to this decline.

Just for an alternative, I've not listened to it yet but the brilliant It Was What It Was podcast has done a special on our title win. Jonathan Northcroft the special guest as well as Rob Draper/Jonathan Wilson.

 

It's an excellent listen normally so hoping this follows suit.
