also a risk that he could end up in League one next season as well. I can see him going out on loan with an obligation in the last few days of the window.

Wrexham want him on a perm so good chance he goes there.

Wonder what Souttar thinks.

Could mean we are stuck with a player who doesn't want to be here.

This is already the case for Souttar, Okoli, Faes, Mavididi and (Nelson)

Hope we see some movement before the window closes.

Highly doubt we'll be moving/losing Nelson (obviously) or Okoli this summer.

Tough situation as it seems we cant bring anyone in until we get rid of some more. Longer it goes on, we either end up with players that dont want to be here, or they leave and we end up short as we cant get replacements in time.

Still having nightmares about that Cruyff turn he attempted on Saturday. wtf was he thinking? It’s ok trying a move like that when you are playing a 15 a side lads and dads game on your holiday and you’re being pressed by an over eager 8 year old striker but ffs, not away at County in League 1 lad.

Yeah, he should leave it to Skipp to do the Cruyff turn

I've been watching his forward passes in the last two games and I think it was 4 forward passes in total, 2 in each game.

All the rest were sideways or backwards.

I don’t think his hair is long enough, but worth a go…

If we loose both Souttar and Okoli, who can we realistically recruit that will be any different?

Doesn't Souttar's brother have significantly better passing stats?

Maybe someone could post on here two of those round stat thingy's of the brothers, for comparision?

“Careful what you wish for!” type of comment this.

We’re a professional football club that should act that way in the scouting department.

I’m sick to my back teeth of seeing the same dossers put in awful performances and we still trot them out.

Lewis Freestone would be a solid left footed CB option on the cheap.

Not really, I'm not bothered if we loose either of them, but we recruited them for the PL and they can't play RMs tactic in league 1.

It was a genuine question, who do we think we can recruit for this level that will be better suited for RMs style?

He obviously didn't have the right players at Rangers and with a couple of weeks left in the window we're still searching for the most critical players for his tactics to work and progress the ball forward quickly.

I mean, he signed 14 of them....

Helps that Souttar plays for Rangers to be fair. Only one of 3 clubs in the SPL last season.

Really don't rate Souttar for RM's style of play. Doesn't seem particularly good with his feet, or fast. He's just big.

I agree, in terms of he's not the man for RMs way of playing.

It's just a shame that we will probably lose a really good defender (in any other system), because we play a certain way.
