17 currently showing in the squad on the website (including 2 keepers). Looks like they'll be struggling with defenders.....

We can confirm that LCFC Women defender Ashleigh Neville has joined Charlton Athletic on a permanent deal, subject to league approval.

Kind of surprised, assumed she was more likely to retire after her contract with us.

Wasn't our greatest player, but another one of those that is probably a comfortable upper WSL2/lower WSL level player and would have done well this season.

Some of the names leaving now really aren’t a concern. Neville is completely past it. A couple were switched off last season. Although rumour mill has some of the better players still to leave.

More McLoughlin’s in signings please

I'd be interested to know how much money we have taken in with all of these outgoings.

Would love to think this will be reinvested, but we all know that's extremely unlikely.

Tierney, O'Brien and Williams not spotted in the training photos so probably have already moved on. Still surprised McLoughlin and Ale haven't been picked up yet.

Had a good source that said one of them was signing for Palace 2 weeks ago, not sure what’s happened on that or whether there was late interest from another team.

Considering the team looked outclassed most games, lost as well in many games, could argue a clear out is whats needed, culture may have been irreversible without the whole thing getting gutted out.

Tierney was on the advert for the season tickets, for what that's worth...

Williams would be good to have around if her attitude is right, but from what I have seen from her, she doesn't seem to really care.

Here for a last paycheck kind of attitude.

Heard that she wasn’t happy, and it’s Passmoor that’s the problem. No loss in my opinion, she’s got a year left but seeking a move I’m told. Another one that offers nothing and didn't improve the team.

It’s a good shout that, I just think the manager needs to go with it for a completely fresh start. My concern is these two coming in today are ex West Ham so known to Passmoor, just makes me think he’s sticking around and these are his signings.

All roads seem to point to Passmoor being the issue to be fair... Almost like we should cut out the root cause...

O’Brien’s family at games were very vocal on their thoughts on Passmoor, so would not be surprised if she’s off which is a shame for me. One who stood out for effort and occasional quality compared to others

Been flirting with relegation whilst being frankly dreadful for years with the same squad that are all finally going it seems.

Some new blood coming in and this is the first manager in a while that there aren't rumours that they have been, are, or were shagging any players...he's never gonna be the answer long term and is VERY limited tactically as last season showed but so was everyone else that managed this lot

Now lining up young/inexperienced players which suits his terrible management skills, they won’t question it like senior players would I suppose.

Are we trying to get Carla Ward to come in and do both our job and the ROI women's team?

Shes a good coach, Leicester would do well securing her.

Yah I am not defending the manager, the players liked the previous manager, but we still looked outclassed then as well, so my opinion is based over multiple managers.
