Are they trying to get him some matches because Stolarczyk is out for the season and they want Bausor to become McCarthy's number 2? The level seems low but maybe he wouldn't be guaranteed game time at a League 2 club...

This move to Slough has been lined up for weeks. 

 

Difficulty being League 1 now is that theres very few places we can send a keeper to get minutes.

Suspect the reason why he hasn't is because he's a bit shit, hence the loan to National League South.

 

At the very least being exposed to the bright lights of Slough will be a life experience for him.

Goalkeepers, it's about getting to deal with physicality largely at a young age. Hence any loan at a competitive loan level is worthy. Seen keepers from clubs higher than ours play at Step 3 and 4.

It's a month loan with an immediate recall option. 

 

Which means we are covered except if a keeper got injured pre-match which would see a young lad from the warm up on the bench.

I think the clue to that answer is that he has just been loaned to a national league south team

Good luck to him. Slough have had a terrible start to the season, 5 defeats out of 5 and conceded 14 goals.
