Jon the Hat Posted 2 January 2006 Posted 2 January 2006 http://www.leaguemanagers.co.uk/ It's at the bottom of the page in a drop down menu. They are all available, no compensation no hassle. Any views on whether we might just tempt Mr Gerry Francis? There are some frankly terrifying names on that list. Jan Molby anyone?
Jon the Hat Posted 2 January 2006 Author Posted 2 January 2006 Keegan available Lets get TC managing us He's very popular at Barnet I hear!!
Ultra Posted 2 January 2006 Posted 2 January 2006 Quite a few ex-FOXES on that list, though none I would trust to get us out of this mess. Bruce Rioch might be an intriguing prospect though. Has he REALLY been out of the game for the past five years?
bald reynard Posted 2 January 2006 Posted 2 January 2006 Great link Jon - I didn't know some of these guys were still alive !! Still, what about Gary Mills or Steve Claridge - everyone will say, "yes, but they weren't very successful at previous clubs" - who needs a manager with a successful previous record - didn't Levein have one !!?

City Fan Posted 2 January 2006 Posted 2 January 2006 How about Craig Brown? Terry Venables anyone?
Katy Posted 2 January 2006 Posted 2 January 2006 Mike Walker! I remember he was a gnats whisker away from being our manager before we got MON hes been out of the game for ages!
Head Honcho Posted 2 January 2006 Posted 2 January 2006 claridge would be a good manager for us If we could keep him out the bookies for long enough!
1884 Posted 2 January 2006 Posted 2 January 2006 On Craig Leveins page...... NO HONOURS? WONDER WHY!! fock OFF
Guest Posted 2 January 2006 Posted 2 January 2006 I don't think anyone could get us out of this mess. I know I'm pretty pissed off, but I'm not very hopeful at all.
Foxhateram Posted 2 January 2006 Posted 2 January 2006 really good oink jon, had made intersting reading for me cheers! Tony Adams what a legand lets bring him in as manager! wishful thinking!

Steven Posted 2 January 2006 Posted 2 January 2006 I don't think anyone could get us out of this mess. I know I'm pretty pissed off, but I'm not very hopeful at all. The single most depressing post I have seen. <_<

filbertway Posted 2 January 2006 Posted 2 January 2006 I think somebody with an affiliation to the club is what we want, they would be passionate about leicester and want to succeed and they would get it through to the players what they wat them to do!! What about ali mauchlen, he talks a good game when he's on radio leicester

supedaj Posted 2 January 2006 Posted 2 January 2006 MON as a motivator until the end of the season.. that would work wonders!!
Ultra Posted 2 January 2006 Posted 2 January 2006 Forget about MON. He'll let it be known soon enough when he's in a position to return to the game. And that may well not be for a long while yet. Even when he does, it will NOT be to us. Manchester United might be slightly ahead of us in the queue for his services...
Matt Posted 2 January 2006 Posted 2 January 2006 Tony Cottee, gary linekar! both passionate about the club He's says he's happy to put money into the club (He has - £5m) but he says he wouldn't even like to be chairman because he says people start to hate you when you get involved and mess with the club. Fair Play to him. Also, Gary Lineker must be getting paid a fair wage working for the BBC, and theres not exactly much stress in his job is there? Why would he leave that for this job?
filbertway Posted 2 January 2006 Posted 2 January 2006 Tony cottee, he played for us under MON so he would have learned a trick or to off him, he ahs played for us so will probably know what we want be passionate for it like us?
