So if anyone can recommend anything, ill make it easier for you, I like modern crime, murder mystery, horror... that sort of thing. Id say my favourite book of all time is messiah(the one that was made into the tv series).

Cheers, will give it a go, I think I need an easy read to get me back into it, then I will probably tackle The Lost Symbol... Spending far to much time on the computer so I want to pick up reading again instead.

No. If you want a bit of a laugh, and a story of a teenager with a sex-driven father, who took him to Hong Kong to get laid, and a few funny pictures before his rise to fame, then I'd recommend it. Otherwise, it's nothing overly special or something to get excited about.
