Watched Fright Night last night.

Oh dear! It was marketed as a horror/comedy. It reached neither of those two epitaphs. Bits were good, but overall a stinker, with bit of CGI which would have been better done with decent make-up.

Colin Farrell was good in bits, but it should have been better in my view.

Watched this last night, load of rubbish, not a patch on the original

Watched the prequel to The Thing, called The Thing :S and quite enjoyed it considering we know how the prequel has to end.

It has a lot of CGI but the CGI is actually well done for the most part and it actually made one of the peeps i went with jump out of his seat :crylaugh:

Not one to take the kiddies to see though

Thought it was excellent, really good acting imo.

Not a bad flick.

Can anyone suggest a comedy for me to peep tonight? I'm running out of ideas of stuff I haven't already seen.

Watched 'The Lives of Others' yesterday - you've got to put up with subtitles but it's an awesome film. Very gripping & moving at the same time.

That's a fantastic film. The last scene is beautiful.

Unbelievably good film. Ulrich Mühe died not long after making that film. And to think the guy who directed that followed it up with The Tourist!
