lildave3 Posted 4 January 2007 Posted 4 January 2007 Leicester and Fulham have played each other 78 times. 25 of these matches have resulted in Leicester wins. (21 in League, 4 in FA Cup) Fulham have been the victors 37 times, all of which have been in the league. 16 matches have ended up as a draw, 14 in league, 1 in FA Cup and 1 in League Cup. In total Leicester and Fulham have met 5 times in the FA Cup, Leicester winning 4 times and drawing once. My point, Fulham have never beaten us in the FA Cup, or even outside of the league. The stats are on our side

Stuliasz Posted 4 January 2007 Posted 4 January 2007 I'm sure many of you remember the last time we met in a cup game...super Ian Marshall grabbing two and Fulham's diabolical penalties.

The stats are on our side Yes, but Montella isn't is he he's on their side! How the ell have they signed him. Disgracefull! Still fingers crossed his benched and we play well. Big game needed from everyone, players like Kisnorbo, Williams, Hughes and Hume need to step up their game. Elvis should start as all shit strikers always score against their old team.

It'll be balls to the wall, and he'll get stuck in. He'll be the last defender every time, he'll also be the first man into the Fulham box, every time! He'll turn into an all-action hero, just like that. Why? He wants to impress his premiership suitors.
Geo V Posted 4 January 2007 Posted 4 January 2007 We need a similar performance to that of the other year when we did for the Spurs in the cup and if our performance against a then high flying Villa is anything to go by, we have a fighting chance. I reckon 3-2 to us with Fryatt coming off the bench to head in an injury time winner. Mytsic Meg aint got shite on me
DB11 Posted 4 January 2007 Posted 4 January 2007 Here is a stat: Leicester: Shit form and "Championship strugglers" (according to the media) Fulham: Premier division and didn't they draw to Chelsea?
Flynny Posted 4 January 2007 Posted 4 January 2007 Leicester: Shit form and "Championship strugglers" (according to the media) And the league table n' all.
OriginalRobboFOX Posted 5 January 2007 Posted 5 January 2007 Boa Morte not playin obviously, but we could see Montella be involved in his first game in England
Ric Flair Posted 5 January 2007 Posted 5 January 2007 Boa Morte not playin obviously, but we could see Montella be involved in his first game in England If he starts the game, I predict a hat-trick.
OriginalRobboFOX Posted 5 January 2007 Posted 5 January 2007 If he starts the game, I predict a hat-trick. He's only 32 aswell, if he signs permanently, which is highly unlikely, he could be a class addition.
The People's Hero Posted 5 January 2007 Posted 5 January 2007 We seriously need Marshall back. His legs may have gone but I've heard he's recently bettered his longstanding personal best for a gallon of Everard's Tiger.
Leicester Lass Posted 5 January 2007 Posted 5 January 2007 If he starts the game, I predict a hat-trick. I'm not so sure, obviously you can't doubt his talent but he's been at Fulham all of what, 3 days?! Also cup games are totally different to the league, he won't know how Cup games are played in England. If we hassle him like we should do I see no problems.

I see several, yes he's not played in England before, however we are Leicester city. I can tell alot of you have't seen much of him by the lack of petrified people on here, so for your viewing pleasure. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IeYhrboMomU
The People's Hero Posted 5 January 2007 Posted 5 January 2007 He's got something we don't come up against much... genuine class and poise. He's ALWAYS got time on the ball. Is never rushed and very rarely misses the target. I'm extremely surprised Fulham have got him to be honest. If McCarthy plays, I can see a penalty appeal or two.

The People's Hero Posted 5 January 2007 Posted 5 January 2007 I'd rather watch this... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=juGokH2teQw
Leicester Lass Posted 5 January 2007 Posted 5 January 2007 This weekend we’ll be without Zat Knight and Philippe Christanval, who played two games in three days and has a sore ankle. Franck Queudrue is suspended so we’ve got Carlos Bocanegra and Gabriel Zakauni fit to play. Ian Pearce trained with us and we’ll see how he feels on Friday otherwise Gabriel will make an appearance. Vincenzo will be in the squad on Saturday but he won’t start the game. I want to do well in the FA Cup this year. Anything can happen if you get a bit of luck along the way. I will field the strongest possible side I can on Saturday. It’s going to be a tough game. The pressure will be on us and hopefully we will come back to London with the right result. There’s no reason why we can’t have a good Cup run and do well in the Premiership this season. http://www.fulhamfc.com/Club/News/NewsArti...nLeicester.aspx

RowlattsFox Posted 5 January 2007 Posted 5 January 2007 mark clattenburg is referee, didn't he do the villa game aswel
Manwell Pablo Posted 5 January 2007 Posted 5 January 2007 mark clattenburg is referee, didn't he do the villa game aswel He's an arse. He was in charge of one of our league games, Stoke or Wednesday I think it was at home and he was awfull.
Leicester Lass Posted 5 January 2007 Posted 5 January 2007 mark clattenburg is referee, didn't he do the villa game aswel He did indeed. I wonder how many 'penalties' we'll have to face this time?
