Confident?

Recommended Posts

i cant see both teams getting 6 points. we should be ok :sweating:

Yeah, unfortunatley it only takes one of them to do it.

EDIT: Obviously Hull and Barno would have to catch us as well, they're three points behind us.

We have our destiny in our own hands, 3 poins at Oakwell and we should be guranteed to stay up.

i actually have an A Level in Economics, at A grade, so i know economics. it says you have supported city since 94? surprises me as your comments resemble those of a 5 year old glory hunting "fan". i use that term lightly.

I have an A level in economics too, slightly less use than a chocolate teapot I'm afraid. There is no connection at all between Real-world Economics and A level economics!

That is why I think we will be ok. If we look like dropping into the bottom three then fear alone will get us a win.

Why will it though? Most of them know they are leaving in the summer. It's also the same core of players that got plunged in to the relgation zone last season and although we did pull out of it and stay up, it was under different circumstances from this season. Morale must be fooked.

Leicester v Norwich,

Leicester v Birmingham,

Preston v Leicester,

Barnsley v Leicester,

Leicester v Wolverhampton,

Southend

Southend v Barnsley,

Plymouth v Southend,

Southend v Luton,

Southampton v Southend,

Leeds

Leeds v Burnley,

Southampton v Leeds,

Leeds v Ipswich,

Derby v Leeds,

Southend Barnsley is a massive game! Southend are shite though if luton are down and southampton safe in the play-off they could win all 4! Leeds have just as hard a run is as us. If the teams had a couple more games to close the gap i'd be more wirried but I tihnk we will be okay.

Thing is: Leicester doesn't boast 5-year old Glory Hunters.

They're all off supporting ManU, Chelski and/or ARSEnal.

Btw, life is full of surprises.

Confident but still very anxious. 4 more points and we're safe I think. I know it's not as simple as that but I honestly believe we'll get at least one win in the 5 games we have left, starting with Norwich when I'll think we will actually win.

I'm also confident Kelly will finally be gone, along with a lot of the shite we have to watch attempting to play football every week. Manadaric won't stand for this crap and everyone knows Kelly will be gone.

But are they, this is something alof of us are just presuming, when we in fact we have no idea what MM going to do in the summer RE the players or the coachign staff, at all.

Well reading speculation in newspapers has never helped players, especially one's with questionable motives like our bunch. There have been lot's of stories that Mandaric will wield the axe and get rid of players. You'd like to think that might give some of them a kick up the arse to make a name for themselves and impress Milan. But whatever they know's going to happen or believe is going to happen, it's not having a good fookin effect on the team at present.

I can't see where we'll get that next win from.

can you imagine that end of season awards dinner if we were to go down :pinch:

surely they'd cancel it

Please no. I'd love to see players and coaching staff alike being tarred, feathered and thrown onto a steel bar, escorted to the outskirts of Leicestershire, never to be seen again.

They're just news stories, and he's not exactly the most predictable bloke in football is he?

I thought we played almost reasonably against Derby in the second half, alof of people are just suffering from the Plymouth hangover at the minute. I see us getting three points at Oakwell.

if your future is in doubt (in any job not just football);

1) You either raise your game if you want to stay

2), plan an exit strategy (which in football terms i guess would be a transfer to another club, which would involve playing well enough for someone to sign you. or,

3) free-ride until you are pushed out.

Surely we have enough players in category 1) or 2) to field a side that has a bit of a point to prove.
