Good to see Taylor pick up a couple of wickets and catches against England yesterday. Season is shaming up alright, especially with Sarwan and Redfern still to return. 

 

Think the signing of Styris could be inspired for the T20 as well.

Really looking forward to seeing Styris in action next Friday, expecting plenty of big hitting.

Equally impressive was the 90 from North.

Cobb with a flying one handed catch was class as well. Great to get off to such a good start. Not many teams will set or chase 198.

Saw one of the biggest sixes I've ever seen down Grace Road by Styris today, mightly impressed. 

 

As Bert has said, Cobb's catch was amazing whilst North's knock was classy as well. Good to start with a convincing win and will only help with the confidence.

Fantastic game of cricket, nearly 400 runs in total, loads of sixes and a great display by Lccc. North deserved a 100 as he really took it to us unlike Durston who's 28 off 29 balls was nowhere near good enough when chasing such a big score.

Seems to be a great team unity down there and a good mix of youth and experience.

And the 6 by styris to the top of the stand was massive!

Really enjoyed the match, 370 runs was well worth the £20. We batted really sensibly, kept the scoreboard moving when not hitting boundaries, kept wickets in tact to allow a big finish.

 

Bowled superbly, Buck was fantastic and to get Chanderpaul out for a duck a massive boost. Cracking effort.

Chasing 375 to win against Hampshire. 

 

21-0 off 2 overs so far. Obviously going for the win, then. 

 

No chance really, they took whatever slim chance we had away from us this morning with that opening blitz.

 

Should see out another draw though. Nice day for batting and I assume the pitch isn't doing anything special given their second innings.

Going well again today in a shortened 18 over a side game... 111 off 11 overs so far with the loss of 1 wicket All the ones!!
