Daggers Posted 2 May 2007 Posted 2 May 2007 Having proved himself to be nothing more than a tu'penny gobshite in the English game, failing to amass trophies despite the riches given to him to spend... ...he shall now be seen at Bluewater Shopping Centre as an ornamental fountain.

He may be "nothing more than a tu'penny gobshite in the English game" as you so eloquently put it...but you'd have him as City's next manager wouldn't ya!
Daggers Posted 2 May 2007 Author Posted 2 May 2007 Nope. Can't stand the tosser - he won the Champions League when it was piss weak and he can't buy a **** in a whorehouse at present. Gimme Worthington any day of the week.

Geo V Posted 2 May 2007 Posted 2 May 2007 Having loads of money doesnt guarantee success although it should bloomin will help. Before the Chelski situation it was Real Madrid who would always buy the best players and to this day still manage to spend a few quid. They have won nothing since Becks signed there a few years ago and have found it difficult to have success despite spending the money they have. Old Jose, the moaning git that his is has IMO done very well and has won plenty with Chelski. The only problem the club have with him as manager is that they have gone from being the poncy London boys that people used to associate with Chelsea in the 60s to a wormanlike team that everyone now hates ahead of former favs, Man Utd !! I predict that Klinsmann will replace Moaninho in the summer!

Master Fox Posted 2 May 2007 Posted 2 May 2007 I think Jose is brilliant. I actually wanted Chelsea to win last night. He’s hilarious, some of things he comes out with are quality. It’s entertaining, and he’s a good manager. Just been unlucky in the champions league with Chelsea so far. For anyone to suggest (Lemond) they would rather Worthington is

Koke Posted 2 May 2007 Posted 2 May 2007 Fock was I proud of Liverpool last night. Cant stand Chelsea one bit. Spent a quarter of a billion of the last 3 years and still play horrendous footballl. Anti-football just as bad as Sheffield United and Bolton. They sign players just so other clubs arent able to buy them. Like SWP, only so Arsenal could'nt get him. Then let talented young boy waste his career sitting on the substitutes bench. And the fact that 20% of their current fanbase is made up of people who only started supporting Chelsea 5 years ago is really taking the piss. Liverpool made the whole football world proud last night. The more and more the game went on, the more and more I became Liverpool fan for the night.

Koke Posted 2 May 2007 Posted 2 May 2007 I hate Liverpool, just because i do. How can you hate Liverpool more than Chelsea? Liverpool have earned their respect down the years As a West Ham fan once said, Chelsea are a little club with too much money for their own good.

Manwell Pablo Posted 2 May 2007 Posted 2 May 2007 All that money this season just for a League Cup. They are in the FA Cup final as well.
Daggers Posted 2 May 2007 Author Posted 2 May 2007 Wortho would lift both cups, the Premiership and bring about world peace, all for a fiver and a bag of scratchings.
James. Posted 2 May 2007 Posted 2 May 2007 Meanwhile... Chelsea FC have announced a £10 million sponsorship deal with Viagra. Club Chief Executive Peter Kenyon said this morning "Hopefully the deal with Viagra will help us get past a Semi".

Plus I have a complete mental block on teams that wear red and I am yet to meet a single chelsea glory fan. Can't say the same about united or liverpool though.
lookwhaticando Posted 2 May 2007 Posted 2 May 2007 Wortho would lift both cups, the Premiership and bring about world peace, all for a fiver and a bag of scratchings. I always knew we'd unearthed the real 'Special One'
Leonisco Posted 2 May 2007 Posted 2 May 2007 I acutally like Mourinho. I think he's been good for the Premiership, he's made it all a bit more interesting with his random comments, like "The moral of the story is not to listen to those who tell you not to play the violin but stick to the tambourine". Classic.

Flynny Posted 2 May 2007 Posted 2 May 2007 they are a hell of alot better than anyone else in the country. They're probably the best fans in the world, to be honest. I'm struggling to think of another club that can fill a big stadium with that kind of support.
