You're forgetting the awesome power of Mandaric who can bring us such stars as JFH!

Surely even he isn't going to make it clear that he meddles so much in management issues.

Very nice. My thoughts exactly.

Oh aye, deadline day with no manager, TOP BANNANA RICY ME DO.

Exactly, Mandaric has a free reign. I expect to see us going even more crazier than Sunderland did on deadline day last August.

As well as refusing to believe the alleged age of FOX in a BOX (see new manager thread) I also refuse to believe that anyone genuinely believes that Mandaric would bring Allen back.

Nuttery of the highest quality grade.

Oh yeah, my team

Maybe, maybe not.

He might want to make it clear to whoever comes in that he has a big say in the players he wants to come to the club. Lest we have a repeat of the current scenario.

If he's got rid of him for not agreeing to sign certain players then I'd expect to see one or two arrivals. Mandaric certainly gets heavily involved in the transfer market whether he's got a manager in place or not, you can't deny that and anyone who says otherwise is naive, stupid, 14 years old or all three. Mandaric also alluded to there being "not much time", now what else could that have meant other than in relation to the transfer window closing?

I think Fryatt will be in with a shout after his Hattrick in midweek.

Mattock will go to left back i think and Sheehan will be dropped for Porter unfortunatly.

Newton or Kaebi will come in on to right meaning Hume goes upfront and De Vries will be dropped.

Thats what i think anyway.

Well we all know he does it, but I think he'll stop short of signing a player, being the one to shake his hand on the website picture and admit he is the one that signed him! It'd be like Vlad coming out and admitting he picks the Hearts team.

I suppouse he could use Rudin and co as a front but still. :blink: A chairman signing players not good business.

They'll be a new manager and players in tomorrow.

I hope the temp.staff dont try and be heros, just pick the same side that beat Watford until the new man comes in and all should be fine.

oh goody panic appointment and panic buys.

He'll be lucky to still be in his job by Crimbo

Of course, it's how we roll here.

I reckon Mandaric will have a manager 'ready' to take over by tomorrow. The signings will be made tomorrow on the proviso of being in discussions with the new manager. The manager will either be unveiled tomorrow or after the weekend.

That's my opinion, it's probably wrong. But i'd be surprised if Milan wants to let the transfer window slip by without a signing or twelve.

I can see it now. Well propably play a 4-2-4.

We'd be crazy not to put out the same team that stuffed Watford, with the possible exception of swapping Sheehan for Porter perhaps.

wat the fook how can u say levi porter is worse than newton do u actually watch the games??? or r u 1 of those fans that sits at home and moans about every thing

I'm assuming you didn't go to the forest game then :rolleyes: although that said BOTH were awful there, but Porter more so than Newton.

My team for plymouth would be as close to the team that started for watford as possible basically.

Why change a winning formula?

(This naturally includes absentees through: Injury; illness; holidays abroad; Dentist/Doctors appointments; saturday shopping with the wife; taking the dog to be neutered; arrested for drunk driving; oh and, of course, being sacked!!)

All out attack with the Beagle?

Fulop

Chambers N'Gotty Kisnorbo Sheehan

Hume Clemence Wesolowski No idea(new signing hopefully)

Campbell De Vries / Fryatt

Subs. Nielsen, Kaebi, Mattock, Kishishev, De Vries / Fryatt

Being fair I think Stowell and Rudkin would think the same in terms of attack.

I'd go:

Fulop;

Chambers, Kisnorbo, Stearman, Sheehan;

Kaebi, Wesolowski, Clemence, Porter;

DeVries, Campbell.

Subs: Nielsen, N'Gotti, Kishishev, Hume, Fryatt.

lets face it, rudkin would be dumb to put out anything other than the team that played watford, as far as is possible...

not even sure it's likely that chambers will play (is he match fit?) - naturally the only enforced change will have to take place down the left: rudkin will know sheehan and may well put him in his natural left back role, which would mean, by position and experience, porter on the left of a three man midfield...

i think that would be the natural 'not changing anything' squad: thus

n'gotty - mcauley - ksnorbo - sheehan

weso - clem - porter

hume - de vries - campbell

Chambers N'gotty Kisnorbo ???/Mattock

Hume Weso Clemence Sheehan

DJ De Vries

Or maybe even Chambers at left back with Kaabi right back, I know he'd be out of position but I think he'd be more steady there than the inexperianced Mattock or Sheehan, who's defending is woeful.
