Last night i drank a bottle of Green Label whiskey with a friend at home which didnt impress my wife or my mates wife strangely enough? Not sure why? :dunno:

Today ive felt like i drank said whiskey last night and gotta admit i think the wife was right after all!!!!!!

Today - big sunday dinner at sister in laws, superb!!! after watching City draw 0-0 against Curdiff :blink:

You couldn't have drank enough. The spelling is all right.

There is the wonderful thing of an internet spell checker - I can be drunk and still spell correctly with this (whether I spell the right word correctly is another matter).

Pub quiz tonight - need to keep my streak going, never lost a pub quiz.

Edit: ****, lost the quiz. I blame the genius who put in a round on misfits - never heard of it, apparently a chavvy version of heroes.

Smashing!!!! moved into uni on saturday and was nervous as, but i love it, having an early night tonight coz ive had 2 hours sleep the last 2 nights, but its mad!!!! i'd recommend nottingham to anyone! lovin it!

I know what you mean but I made an effort to go back and correct it all because I didn't want to write a completely incoherent post.

And to be honest, I wasn't that drunk, I just had an amazing night with my best mates and my missus. Sorry if not needing to be off my face isn't satisfactory.

Oh and today was the funniest day of my life

Hungover, Sunburnt, 3 hours sleep and now at work. How do you think my day is going............but yesterday was bloody fantastic lol

Local AFL team where my mates play won there Grand Final and the 2nds won as well. So went back to the club rooms and squashed a few hundred people in the club rooms, cracking night.

3pm and Pitch black just sitting at work watching a massive storm approach and hit. Lightening is so bad and thunder so loud i'm surprised we still have power.....Not looking foward to the dangerous drive home now.

More last night - Had a few pre-drinks before going off to BURACS meeting (Bradford University Real Ale & Cider Society). One of the first 10 there so got a free drink.

Various drinking games followed, including drinking this very green mixer (no idea what was in it) until someone could remember your name and then, because I didn't down a pint fast enough, I had to do a shot of Nando's extra hot piri-piri sauce and some other alcohol (sounded like they said chatous) - absolutely gagged on the stuff.

Despite the worst freshers week in history (in terms of organized events) I do miss the first year of uni. Good fun, to be fair.

I miss Freshers Week. :(

I might be forced to pop back down to Leicester at either half term or over the Chrimble break to make up for missing it though.

Got tickets for this Ale tester tonight for me and two flatmates. Need to be careful though as I got an Operations Management lesson tomorrow from 9:30 :angry: and I already missed one lesson for that subject. (Not my fault as the programme leader keeps changing the damn timetable every now and then) Three lessons missed to a particular module, then you'll thrown out of that module. :fishing:

Went to Learn Direct in the Haymarket to enrol in an IT course. Did the entrance test. Did a level one and level 2. Started off OK. Got 100% for the first set of questions then 88 96 then it got worse. My worse score I think was 40%.

I struggled a bit on the email section which was asurprise cos I use it a lot. You have to say which method would you use ie menus and I kept choosing the wrong thing you only get one go and cant go back. Anyway going back next Monday to concentrate on my weak areas. No taking apart a PC lesson involved as far as I know..

Going to the Community Journalism course today. Not many signed up from what I hear but JC is still doing it. The course isnt listed in the programme at the Adult Education Centre. I was informed they don't list 'partners' courses.

I won't actually gain any qualifications but it may give me more confidence as to finding stories, interviewing etc.

I wonder if Sven wants a chat. I would like his views on Leicester nightlife or just Leicester in General (not football leave that to others)

My day was good. And then it just got a bit better!

Got a call from 2012 GamesMaker organisation regarding my application. I've been invited for an interview next week and if I'm accepted, I'll be helping out at the Victory Ceremonies! Looking forward to it but already a bit nervous!

Not the greatest day, driving home from my work in Derby this morning and my clutch goes! and just got a call from the job I had an interview for and was unsuccessful. Fed up of the 12 hour days and Nightshifts, So god knows how im going to be getting to Derby for a while. *sighs*
