On the main forum page, top right hand there is an icon 'My Controls' click that and it will open a window 'Welcome to your contol panel' On the left side there is a menu of options, in the 3rd one down 'Personal Profile' there is an option 'Edit Profile Information' Click that. On the new page the first box in the centre of the page is 'Custom member title' That's it.
