From a fan looking in, Allen looked a class appointment. For him to get the sack and us not to know why is the reason so many people are annoyed.

Im annoyed we signed Carl Cort as opposed to Billy Sharp, Freddy Eastwood, Todorov etc.

but me singing anti-Cort songs wouldnt help would it!!

That's my feelings about it, but there's a culture at this club including everyone associated with it, that's not been right for a long while. It needs changing, Mandaric is brave enough to try to. What he's said won't go down well with some and it may cause a further divide, but I applaud him for what he's trying to do here.

Forest away was always going to attract a proportion of wankers to the game, they probably don't even know who Martin Allen is.

Well most of the people chanting ONE MARTIN ALLEN. Where blokes in there 30's and 40's, so i'm pretty sure they have been following leicester alot longer then most people on here. We where playing crap at the time and for most of the game and people where getting p*ss*d off. Still if so many people felt like they where tossers. Why didn't you voice you're opinion ?

Totally agree with that mate, im asking why voice these opinions if they're detrimental to our overall goal which is promotion isnt it?

ALL city fans should get behind the team and manager, singing about the old manager isnt gonna help Megson is it?

I'll admit I did join in the 'one Martin Allen' but it was in the heat of the moment and I was so frustrated. I look back on it and yeah of course people shouldn't have been singing it.

To be fair,does it really matter how long fans have been supporting the Club if they do something deteromental towards it?

E.g.....Fan x has been a supporter of City for 35 years.

He threw a bottle of coke at an opposition fan whilst singing'No surrender to the IRA"

BUT 'cos he supported the club for 35 years...HE CAN and no one can tell him he was wrong to do that!!!??? :dunno:

I just don't understand why people seem to be obsessed with Allen.

My fears about him not being able to handle a bigger named players seem to have come true according to what I have heard from a person respected by most City fans. I was livid when he went but I'm not now.

You're right, you are entitled to your opinion, but try having one armed with some facts and it might be respected. I don't know the full story but I will keep my mouth shut at the games so as not to look like an idiot, maybe you could try it too? or follow MA to wherever he turns up next.

I took your advice and didn't shead a tear over your post. Shame you have no more to say on the subject.

Not real fans ?! You're been too 3 away games in your life :angry: Most fans who where chating ONE MARTIN ALLEN do care about the club and where giving milan there opinion. We have supported leicester alot longer then milan and when he's gone we will still be here supporting leicester. He is here to make money end of the day because as soon has we reach the premiership he will sell up.
