Starting 11 - 4 changes but still no Ferreira or Kaebi.

Fulop

Stearman

McAuley

Kisnorbo

Mattock

Hume

Clemence

Chambers

Sheehan

Fryatt

Cort

Chambers in the middle? Don't understand that.

I demand an explanation regarding Kaebi and Ferreira, it's just getting silly now.

would have thought stearman will be centre mid with chambers right back ?

Interesting. No N'Gotty, i think DJ's pace would have been vital for us today.

Was very surprised when Chambers was bought on in CM on Tuesday night, he played OK, but dont want to see him playing there.

Cannot say Chambers in midfield impresses me. I don't like to see people out of position.

Otherwise the side it is not especially negative and is generally balanced with five potential scorers (by my system of analysis) which is acceptable in an away game against genuinely difficult opposition.

Cort's unfairly disallowed goal might have convinced Megson that he's more dangerous than DeVries. He's retained a big man up front and the fact he's preferred Cort is purely an opinion thing and notsomething I'd criticise him for whichever way the result goes.

There is enough potential for movement and for us having two strikers working off the big man.

Stearman and Sheehan should be able to provide support so altogether I'd give the manager 8/10 for his team selection and only really disagree with the man out of position.

Disappointed there's no Kaebi or King on the bench.

Subs are: Henderson, N'Gotty, Kishishev, Campbell, DeVries.

Only one i'm not sure about is cort but hopefully 3rd up from a spell should go alright (i just refered to cort in horse racing terminalogy :D )

That team looks really, really shit. Oh well, let's hope!

hopefully they can form the right partnerships on the pitch and it'll work.

either way it doesn't make any sense - neither stearman or chambers are CM, this is madness....

unless he goes 4-3-3 ... or with hume just behind the front two

Fulop

Stearman - McAuley - Kisnorbo - Mattock

Chambers - Clemence - Sheehan

Hume

Fryatt - Cort

so from 15 summer signings, 4 make today's starting eleven, and 3 others populate the bench. That's a lot of ' one for the future' signings.

Neilson and Hellings have to be up there with Gregor Stevens in the all time bad signings list...

That might work if you swap Clemence & Chambers.

lol You put Chambers in the middle, and Hume can drop to centre mid when we're defending and attacking mid when attacking.

FFS I despair with this. Our team's crying out for width so lets play with no natural wingers, and no wingers on the bench. Smart Now we can't even change it up if it's not working. To me, that's not only naive but plain stupid.

I hope I'm wrong.
